Run far away from this one as fast as you can. He had my laptop and my iPad to fix broken screens. They were returned to me multiple times with fingerprints inside the glass, the touchscreen no longer working and the iPad not charging. Over and over, excuse after excuse. Its been over FIVE MONTHS and my devices are still not fixed correctly. Ive threatened a small claims suit and still no response, so I have to lay out even MORE money to take him to court now if I want to even recoup some of my loss.

Sometimes in life the planets align and it all goes right ! Out of seven choices, picked Excel to resolve multiple laptop issues. Took the piece to Excel and in short order, Dave, not only resolved the problems; but also gave easy to understand explanations of what had gone wrong and how to keep those issues from happening again. Very pleased that my laptops input jack was fixed. Took about two weeks to complete and the prices were very reasonable. However, the reason for the deduction of two stars is because Dave had called and said that he had forgotten to put the screws back in to hold the back cover on. We had made arrangements to go and have him put the screws back in and he didnt show up. We tried calling him and have not heard anything in over a month.

The experience I had with Excel was great. Dave is very knowledgeable and very thorough in his work. Also very affordable. Believe me, over the course of time, I must have had at least five different computer businesses in the Le-high Valley that I used and Excel tops them all. I would recommend him if you really want great service and affordability.
