My phone was Fubared on a level that I thought was un-salvagable. I went from place to place trying to find somewhere that would not charge me an arm and a leg to fix my phone... sadly most places just tried to sell me a new phone for a ridiculous price. I almost gave up and just bought a new phone until I stumbled across this gem. I am glad I gave this place a chance as the guy working in the shop was not only professional and courteous but he gave me a fair deal to fix my phone and he repaired it back to prestine condition. It just goes to show that Thank the lord for that. If you screw up your phone, your computer, tablet, etc. you should really stop by this place and give them a shot. You wont regret it. Its nice to see honest people doing quality work for fair prices. I will be sure to stop in again if and when my next computer or phone mishap occurs.

One of the employees told my bf to go up this past saturday and he would be there and we get there and he is not there and the place says "gone fishing" my bf messaged him but he hasnt reaponded. In my opinion i wouldnt want this employee working for me. Bad customer service. Also through searching it seems this guy sells alot of things online. Pretty sketchy....id worry if he was a theif. Owner needs to scan his employees better. UP DATE: EMPLOYEE SAW GOOGLE REVIEW AND HARASSED AND CALLED MY BF A LIAR AND CLAIMED HE WAS SICK. NOW EMPLOYEE MADE A FAKE GOOGLE REVIEW AS A CUSTOMER. MATT. ATKINSON IS NOT A CUSTOMER OF THIS BUSINESS BUT THE FRAUDULENT EMPLOYEE THAT LIES AND HARASSES PEOPLE AND POSSIBLY STEALS. OWNER MAY BE LEGIT BUT HIS EMPLOYEE IS NOT! BEWARE!

My laptop crapped out on me after I had taken a tumble in to a drainage ditch. A friend recommended that I come here due to a tight budget, and I was very pleasantly surprised. My experience with repair shops hasnt been all that great. The staff at these places was aloof at best and condescending at worst. That wasnt the case here. The owner, Jason Bell, was very professional (and understanding to boot as hed related his recent experiences). It turned out that my mother board had sustained water damage and needed to be replaced. Jason was able to work with me to make a very expensive repair manageable, and I had my laptop back much sooner that I had originally anticipated. Ill definitely be back should I need a repair again.

I was having issues with my laptop charging. Jason contacted me within the hour to explain exactly what was wrong, what parts needed to be ordered, how long it would take to fix and the price. He called me way ahead of schedule to tell me my laptop was fixed and ready to be picked up. Once I arrived he again explained the reason behind the computer not charging, stated the price (which was extremely reasonable and was the same amount quoted from day one). I would definitely recommend Jason to anyone who is looking for a knowledgeable, friendly, fast thorough service and extremely affordable computer specialist. This was the 7th place I stopped and asked to fix my phone. Everyone else tried to sell me more than I needed. I had a Samsung S5 with a broken screen and I already replaced the phone from warranty. Everyone else seemed afraid to deal with a Samsung. They wanted the quick fix of IPHONE or they tried to fix the phone (by up selling ) instead of getting the things I needed off of it. I wish I would have went here prior to paying my deductible for a new phone. Jason went out of his way to help me. His business is what this country was founded on. Amazing customer service and gave me exactly what I needed at a fair price. Dont go anywhere else.

The review below was accidentally posted under a nearby business with a similar abbreviated name. Ive just corrected my mistake, moving the review to its intended place. I took my broken S 4 to this shop almost 2 years ago. The shop owner did the repair on the spot & the pricing was better than great. The current reviews indicate that service & expertise remain in place. Thats rare - other shops are ticking people off. I need repair again & Ive looked around. I cant find a shop East of Waterside Drive with consistent, competent, honest practices. Ill take the 10 mile drive to save my time & sanity. The service is worth the trip.

Ive taken my phone repairs to Jason a few times now and each time the experience has always been pleasant and worthwhile. Jason is a superb technician with the knowledge of his craft and the personable skills and attitude to keep his potential clients coming back. He tells what you need to know and takes the time to explain to even the most novice of people who arent techies, thus putting your mind at ease about spending your hard earned money. very satisfied with the expertise of Ty Overton. I spoke with Mr. Overton a few days ago about bringing in my laptop for a virus removal. When I brought my computer in he said it would be a few hours before he could service the laptop. An hour later the technian calls me and lets me know that the reason my computer was not coming on was due to a bad power cord and he didnt charge me the 50 dollars diagnostics, he simply sold me a power cord for my adapter. I love the honestly of this company, you cant find many places like this anymore! Thank you Cell Phone & Computer Repair

First time ever going to this place. I was at Tubbys Tavern when I dropped my iPhone 6 plus while waiting for my lunch! The waitress told me there was a small shop in the shopping strip that could help me out! While my food was being cooked, I briefly left the tavern to drop my phone off. Not only was the price of the repair more than fair, by the time I was finished with my lunch, my phone was repaired good as new!!! I hope I never break my phone like that again but if I do this is where I am taking it!!! A+ Service, very knowledgeable and personable!

Jason is either well preserved or wise beyond his years. He runs a great business and charges more than fair prices. I have had such a great experience I will counter the one negative review with that I am not only NOT a fake Google account but as you see a Google Local guide. I will say that in at least one conversation with Jason he mentioned hed had a hard time finding good, honest help. Employees are the worst thing to ever happen to small business these days. Bring your business to Jason @ CCR he will treat you fairly and quickly!
