DO NOT GO HERE WHATEVER YOU DO!! I have NEVER been treated so poorly. I am absolutely appalled at the customer service here. Horrible business practice, dishonest, defensive. I got completely conned by these people. They quoted me $99 to replace my hard drive, and ended up charging me $235 because they didnt include labor in the price quote they gave me. Apple quoted me 150 for the same service. If I knew I was going to end up paying over double, I would have just put it towards a new computer instead of fixing one that was already 4 years old. But more than the fact that they bamboozled me into paying over double what they told me it would cost, they were the rudest, most unprofessional, defensive people I have ever talked to. They acted like I was a liar and a crazy person. Not only was my computer not done on time for me to take home with me, I received it 2 weeks after they said I would (I live in NYC and took it to them while I was visiting my parents), and then they tried to charge me for the shipping. They took 2 1/2 weeks to complete a service that Apple said would take an hour, and they never apologized, never took ownership for anything they may have done wrong, and treated me like I was a fool. They bulldozed everything I tried to say, and bamboozled me into giving them my credit card number. I am COMPLETELY appalled by everything about this place. I was nothing but nice when I talked to them each time and I was consistently treated like I was a second class citizen. They never took ANY ownership for anything done wrong on their end, and acted like I was crazy the entire time. I have NEVER been treated this way when dealing with any kind of business. I was met with nothing but dishonesty and hostility from this establishment. I am appalled at their business practice, and honestly I am shocked they’re still in business when they treat people this way. It’s almost as if no one ever questions the price they’re given if it’s more than they were quoted, and when I questioned it they were nothing but defensive and rude. I will tell anyone and everyone not to go to these people, they are con artists, and they are a disgrace to small business owners everywhere. Lesson I learned from all of this, I will never again accept a service without getting an official bill before the service has begun. Since I still ended up giving my credit card to them like an idiot and paid over double what I was quoted, I just want to make sure that this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

I run a residential remodeling company in Manlius NY. We have used Express Computer Service countless times. They have done everything from setting up entire server networks, to moving my whole office, to helping me set-up a printer. There onsite and offsite services are always amazing. I go to them with every and any technical issue (personnel and business) and they are always prompt and polite. Just today one of there service techs spent 2 hours hassling with Windstream to get there equipment working correctly and the other day the same tech corrected a back end issue with my personal Apple TV that was stopping me from getting Netflix. Would never use anybody else!!

The people there are so helpful! I considering getting a new computer b/c my Macbook was running so slow, but they told me putting in a new hard drive could solve the problem much cheaper. Not only did they back up all my files, they also put everything back on the new one for me and computer ran like new! Ended up costing me a fraction of what I was about to spend. Theyre a very informed and knowledgable group. Ive sent my Mom to them many times since. They always come through with a solution to your problem and have very reasonable prices. Will continue to go there with any future issues and I suggest you do the same!

Its a shame certain people feel like slandering an honest small business. I have had all of my IT needs met in a timely and professional manner, and the owner is an honest and ethical businessman that has made it a point to have the best and brightest of the Central New York tech scene in his employ. I have used them for both my home and business. They are the best! They have removed viruses from my computer, setup our new apple computers and networked my office. Their prices are the best around and the staff is always willing to help. Their remote support service is a lifesaver! I have been using them for 5 years and depend on them for all of my computer needs. Overall the staff is knowledgable, personable and friendly!
