I was blew away by the level of expertise of the technician. Most companies that offer support via live automation or visits to the home/business for repairs or troubleshooting dont always have a staff fully equipped with the skill/knowledge that goes past just your basic everyday occur. I have seen Manny take a pentium 4 processor and set it to run as a dual core!!! Thats just a pinch of what ive seen him apply.The customers are always educated and informed. The window of time for task completion alone is 5 stars. Rates are competitive/affordable. Ive not seen more affordable pricing for the quality of work that comes in this region. You will not want to utilize any other service for your tech needs after you see how thorough Solutionstopc is. I dont think there is anything that they cant do :) and whats more..Manny loves problem solving!!! The best!! hands down!! Hardware/software/data recovery/upgrading..you name it!!

Manny was very helpful. My computer was having refreshing issues after I upgraded from Windows 8 to 8.1. I couldnt work on my computer at all. After dropping it off, Manny proceeded to tell me how he was checking to see if it was a software issue or a hardware issue. After determining what the problem was (a software issue) and getting the it to work after a while, he was able to download a version of Windows that was compatible with my computer. I got it home and it has been working fine since. The pricing was affordable, the service was good even though my computer issues caused it to take such a long time. I was given an explanation about what was done and all of my important documents were saved! I am very happy with the service, will be using him again and recommending Solutions to PC to those I know with computer issues.

How fortunate was I to find Manny! From the initial consultation to finish, he was nothing but professional and honest with the status of my computer and how the repair process would work. He is as careful as can be during the initial consultation when establishing what needs to be repaired, how, and what he can do. What I appreciated most was his honesty about the repair and his knowledge with computers. He was honest and upfront about every aspect of my repair and provided updates whether or not I asked! To top it off, he does his work in a timely manner and with exquisite precision. To say I was pleased with the results is an understatement. I will definitely go back to Manny for any other technological repairs I may need, and you should too!

I recently had an escapade involving my newly adopted kitten and my laptop. It ended with the hinge being in a very much broken state that made the computer impossible to use on its own. I gave Manny a call and came in to see him. He looked it over and gave me a very thorough explanation on the break and what needed to be done to fix it. I am sitting here now typing this on the same laptop. Manny took care of the break and although it was worse than originally thought he still made it work. His prices are fair and he does fantastic and quick work. I highly recommend him to anyone who might need any computer repair done!

Great experience! My very old Macbooks screen stopped working and to get it fixed I got crazy quotes from other people. Manny knew what was wrong just from my description of the problem and gave me a great quote right away. He is very knowledgeable and very nice. His hours are also awesome. My coputer was fixed the same day that the part arrived (cant asked for better than that!). My coputer looks and works great and I couldnt be more pleased. I am very happy with all aspects of the service and would highly recommend Manny to anyone having computer issues.

I thought Id have to replace my Macbook Air because I spilled water in it, but Manny used nothing short of wizardry to get it back in perfect working order again. He salvaged the logic board and cleaned up all the corrosion (I let it fester for 3 weeks, big mistake), and replaced the damaged chips. He even found problems I didnt know I had. All of this was done for an extremely reasonable price, and he kept me in the loop the whole time. Ill definitely be recommending his service to friends, and returning in the future with my own problems.

I had a hardware issue with my laptop that disconnected my laptop screen from the keyboard. I tried to contact services on campus and places in the mall but they were either too expensive or did not cover hardware issues. I found Manny online. He was extremely responsive, even came to my residence to diagnose the computer since I do not have a car and charged me a flat rate which was great! I got my computer the next day in great shape! I highly recommend Mannys service. He was professional and pleasant to work with. Great service!!

Manny and Solutions-to-pc responded promptly to my inquiry. I had a keyboard problem and he did a complete check up on the computer and the hard drive. He cleaned them both up and the computer works better than ever. He was true to his quote and his flat rate was incredibly reasonable for all the work that he did. With my computer breaking down July 4th and apple telling me my computer could not be repaired, I had lost all hope of getting my laptop fixed quickly. Very fortunately however, Manny was open on the 4th and willing to take my computer in and fix it by the 5th as I needed a functional computer that same week. I took my Lenovo laptop here after the hinges had seized and tore out of the back of the computer screen. It was a mess and I was nervous I would have to buy a new computer. Manny did a great job repairing my computer. He always took my phone calls while I was waiting for the computer to be finished and was extremely friendly. Manny is a pro, my laptop crashed and I chose to give it to him. Best decision I could of made. He showed me his set up made me feel comfortable leaving it with him, he explained everything he intended to do to fix my laptops issues. Not only did he fix my lap top he told me what I could do to prevent it from happening again. Definitely recommend, if I ever run into another issue hes my go to guy.

I needed some help with my computer battery in a pinch, and Manny quickly identified the problem, provided me with a reasonable alternative, and got my old laptop back up and running in no time. He gave me better advice for preserving my computer battery and hard drive in the 20 minutes I spent with him than all the people Ive ever talked to at a Best Buy counter.
