My iPhone 6 has been cracked since may2015!! I stalled on using my insurance to get another phone because I didnt want to pay the $175 just to receive a refurbished phone from my phone company. When I finally called them 3 months later to see if I can receive a new phone, my phone company told me I was out of 90 day window to use my insurance -__-. So I stayed with my broken screen, after all the phone was still working except for my hotspot!! Which I believe got damaged from when my phone fell and cracked.Anyway since then Ive been very skeptical about fixing just the screen and still having this issue of not I having my hotspot on my phone. So I decided I would just go buy another iPhone. So I heard about 607 connections and decided to call and see what they could do for me. The staff were very friendly , honest and helpful. I explained to Shannon and Rachel my situation and they were both very attentive! Larry fixed my phone and kept me posted with every little detail he was doing with my phone! My screen is finally fixed, my hot spot is working again and I saved a few hundred dollars on another iPhone. Im a very skeptical person especially when it comes to my money. I waited long enough to get this fixed but Im glad I did it with 607 connections!!

Very dissatisfied with their costumer service. After two weeks I had called about my computer status. It didnt really bother me that no one contacted me in over two weeks but when two techs disputed that they did call and also sent an email, that was an issue. They asked, "Did you get our emails?" No because no emails where ever sent and I assured them no one ever called. Seriously, dont dispute with a customer, especially when youre wrong. I had my computer dropped off in a box, with my charger and all my personal info attached. I gave every detail over the phone when asked about computer issues. Upon picking it up, I was handed back my computer with a sticker on it that has my name. No receipt, no charger. And now if I want my charger I have to drive an hour back to the store or pay the shipping according to the supervisor. Just deal with Apple if you can.

My mac book pro stopped working on me the day before I had a paper due. I had no clue where to go, who to talk to, and how much repairs would cost. I called Apple, and Best Buy both displayed no on the spot help. I was then told to check this place out, and within 15 minutes upon my arrival my computer was fixed, with a low cost of 45 dollars. At first, I was worried about handing my computer over but trust me this saved a shitload of stress for the rest of my final semester at binghamton university. Go here if you are in a time oriented predicament, and need to have your computer fixed on the spot!

I needed help getting my old sim card to fit in my new Samsung Galaxy phone. I had been to several other cell phone counters and everyone told me I needed to buy a larger sim card. I stopped by 607 Tech in Vestal, the owner was there, it took him about 3 minutes to open a card adapter kit that he had in stock and he placed my old sim card in my new phone and I was out the door with my new phone on and functioning properly! These guys are great, Ive had them replace mother boards and hard drives on my PCs at the Binghamton store as well! Always expert work always a very reasonable price!

I have taken iPhones, Macbook computers, Android phones and multiple Windows computers to have fixed. I have had screens replaced on Macbook and phones, viruses removed from computers etc. I highly recommend 607 Tech Solutions and wont ever go any place else for my repairs. Brought in my iPhone 4S with a bleeding screen with blue lines on the screen. He did a quick test found that it was working and replaced the screen. If you wanted to you could get a different color plates too. Chris was very professional and took the time to make sure the iPhone was functioning properly. Highly recommend 607 Tech Solutions!

I went in for a laptop problem and the woman was extremely unfriendly and tried taking advantage of my lack of knowledge in technology. I definitely would never go back for any issue and ended up paying money for their "labor" that took them about 25 minutes, just to tell me they couldnt do anything about it.

The owner and staff are excellent. I brought my laptop in for repair, and the results were better than I expected. Communication was better than anywhere else, and the prices were very reasonable. 2 months later, my laptop is still functioning well. Good to have a trustworthy tech shop in town.
