Dont do it...the only computer repair place in Middletown I took them my pc and they had it for two months, I couldnt afford to get back, I did call and spoke with a lady there not the owner said I would be in to get it soon. it took two weeks to repair and get parts, but they had the computer for 6 weeks, this was a $1,100 touchscreen new pc. I was in a ambulance going to er due to stroke...my phone rang couldnt get it had bed rest for week, then when I checked my messages, they said they were calling me that day to tell me if I couldnt get my pc that day they were keeping it, they wanted that computer bad, it had only been 6 weeks. So a couple days later, called them and explained I was in ambulance, mild stroke so i was just able to return their call and apologized for my delay in returning their call and that I had a mild stroke they said you, cant get it back...they wanted that pc, they took me for my $1,300.00 pc. w extended warranty... dont trust them, they had never said you have two weeks or one month, when I talked with the person that day. I said okay ill be in to get it ..Planned on getting it November 21... .no warning, nothing said you have 30 days or one week anything, when I called her husband answered said we can give you your hard drives, but the computer is ours....crooks. and on top of that she didnt even fix the one part she ordered for me and was still trying to charge me for that....said you never made contact. I did make contact...but when you want to rip someone off you will say anything. So they took me for $1,300 computer...America sad land of the crooks. Dont trust them.

Love Middletown Computer! Have always used Nova for every Computer need! In recommending what type of computer to buy, what programs work best for my needs, any updates or repairs/ data recovery/ wipe and reloads and additional external devices - wireless mouses, external hard drives, laptop fans, new batteries and power cords. If she doesnt have something you need in the store, she orders it and has it there in a couple of days for the best price! Shes gives her customers that one on one attention, that is so hard to find now a days.... always willing to answer questions and give you honest feed back in regards of whats best for you, your money and your computer! this small shop tucked in the corner in Middletown still has pricing from way back in the day when you think your computer is shot and no where else to turn this is the place to go to get it back up and running. quick turn around time and honest work your computer will never leave Middletown to go god know where like some big name places will do. so for all my computer work even on my DJ computer I suggest Middletown computer!

Stacy was great! She was completely honest with me about my ancient computer and how it wasnt worth spending the $50 to tell me what was wrong with it when she already knew.. which was that I had Windows Vista that couldnt be upgraded past a certain point. I ended up buying a refurbished computer from them that I am totally happy with! I would highly recommend them for any computer needs!
