My computer entered a never ending cycle of reboots telling me some files were missing. I had fixed it once by myself when this issue arose but I didnt have the time so I took it to Geek squad. From the outset they were less than kind. Each time they called me they spoke as if I had never used a computer before. After 3 days when I went to pick up my device I was told I needed an appointment. This was after I made the drive of 20 minutes to the store. The closest appointment was 2 hrs away. When I finally received my computer I was told what they did. They performed the same diagnostics and tests I did at home only they charged me $200 for it. Then they told me there was no guarantee the computer was fixed. I will never recommend this store or be bringing my business here again.

I recently had to replace a computer, television, player, router, and the appropriate cables and surge protectors. Everyone was very helpful. KayLyn assisted me with the television, David helped me select a computer. Jerry installed my computer and answered all of my questions. Darwin set up my television and took away the old set. John R and Julian G completed a data transfer from my old hard drive to a new external drive. Everyone was helpful and very service-oriented. This staff provided excellent service and I will recommend Best Buy to all of my friends. These people are well-trained and are well-supervised. Janet Sands

DO NOT EVER USE GEEK SQUAD. They will rip you off. They wouldnt fix my phone, that was covered. I got a new phone, and cancel my plan but they conveniently have no record of that. They also cant email me conformation even though they have my email. This level of terrible customer service should put them out of business by January.

They wanted 100$ to replace a delete key on my inspiron 1545. I mean comon, a piece of plastic that takes maybe 2minutes to attach. 100!!!! dollars! then they wanted to up the price by replacing the entire keyboard, the keyboard is perfect, i just needed a delete key! DO NOT GO HERE!
