My 2011 late Mac Book Pro had a hard drive failure (Samsung 850 Pro SSD) AND a GPU failure at the same time. After buying a late 2012 MBP, I though it to be a simple matter to restore from one of two different back ups. WRONG. After 13 hours of data migration, the new mac book contained kernal panics, Darwin errors and would not even allow me to recover the OS. After contacting Jay at Those Apple Guys, I drove to West Chester with the MBP, the G-drive mobile, the Time Capsule and the failed Samsung SSD. Jay worked diligently over the weekend, keeping me apprised of his efforts and progress. By Sunday evening, he had texted me that all was well with the MBP, complete with years worth of business and personal info that I had assumed was lost forever. Folks, if you own a Mac or other Apple product, this is the MAN to see if you are having any problems. Jay also replaced the 2012 SSHD with a Crucial 1TB SSD and 16GB of Crucial Ram. If I affixed wings to this machine, it would surely fly; it is THAT fast! In the end, Jays fee was actually much less than I had expected, considering the number of hours he needed to spend to recover the data and get the MBP functioning properly. I am somewhat dismayed at only being able to give Jay a five-star rating. He deserves much more than that. Thank you Jay, and Those Apple Guys!

Very pleased with the service and results. Jay was very helpful and patient in pre-sales discussions. Never got the feeling that he was tired of answering my questions and concerns. Once I got to meet him, it was clear that he knew what he was talking about. He never tried to up-sell me on anything and responded to my questions with alternatives that were very helpful. The result is a MacBook Pro computer that seems to operate faster than it did new, 6 years ago. The whole experience took a few phone calls, and two elapsed days of work and testing. Fine, quick work and reasonably priced. I recommend "Those Apple Guys" to anyone who wants to keep their Apple computer alive as long as reasonably possible, and go to someone trustworthy in the area to help you do just that.

Jay contacted me immediately after I emailed him about a possible GPU issue with my late 2009 iMac. He picked up my computer and diagnosed that it was probably the GPU but we would need to replace the GPU to find out. After one defective replacement (bad component, not his fault) he received a working GPU and got my iMac functioning again. He was in constant communication with me to let me know how the repair was going and if there were any setbacks. I would recommend him to anyone with an Apple product that needs to be repaired or upgraded.

Jay from "Those Apple Guys" is the best computer and technology expert I have ever met. He can set up everything in your home from TVs, WiFi, Alexa, Sonos, computers, iPhones, iPads. I have used a lot of different services including long lines in Apple Stores and will never go that route again.
