Had a really bad set of experiences here. The customer service is terrible and my clothes always came back with wrinkles, probably because its not done on-site. You pay extra for convenience, but dont get much for it. I took in a jacket that I needed fixed because one of the seems was starting to separate - its been THREE visits and they still have not fixed it. The first time they tried to give it back to me not having even looked at it. The second time they got about halfway there and now I am hoping the third time is the charm. The last time I visited to pick it up, they were arguing with a girl in front of me who dropped off a dress she needed for a wedding only to pick it up with more spots than when she dropped it off. When she tried to get information to speak with the owner (they dont have managers, apparently) the woman tried to tell her there was no way to contact her and she would have to come back the next day (a Friday) in the middle of the day to speak with the owner in person...never mind the fact that most people are working at that time. Long story short - bad service, priced high, outsourced work. The location doesnt make up for the lack of what youll get in return.

Cleaner ruined a shirt by splashing some sort of chemical on it. Gave me the run around for two months then refused to give me even store credit. Cant be trusted, dont bring clothes here.

Use Allegro cleaners to hem a dress and slacks. Did a good job and fast. Will definitely come back
