A warning to folks who use Laundro Lands laundry service: its at your own risk. My husband and I have frequented Laundro Land for many years. The facility is usually clean and the TVs play Spanish soap operas. For convenience, we started using the laundry service they provide. After our last drop off we received items completely ruined and unsalvageable (they melted the cloth!). Even after consulting the manager - who saw the damaged item and agreed it was his employees doing - we were given no compensation. They simply tried to wash it again. Since Im not one to complain or make a fuss, I was most upset by the manager evading me and several of my calls. When a cleaner damages or loses something, as a matter of good business, most companies will compensate consumers. Not this one! I warn other people: be careful entrusting items with them, even something you think is a no-brainer. After years of visiting this laundry, they have lost our business.

This place is super clean, they play Telenovelas on the gigantic widescreen television and it is steps from a lot of great restaurants and stores if you get antsy. The shopkeep there did not speak a great deal of English from what I gather, but the gesture of saying hola goes a long way. They have cheap detergent for sale and the machines are huge and priced as cheap as the shady laundromats around town. The only issue here is parking. I was lucky, but parking is scarce on Mount Pleasant. GET YO LAUNDRY DONE!!!

This laundromat barely has machines that work, Ive been going there for about 8 years and each year the service get worse.
