I have used this laundromat a number of times to do my own laundry and always had a decent enough experience. However, I just went in and decided to do Wash and Fold because Im not feeling well and the attendant was extremely unhelpful/rude. In addition, I was made to pay the FULL amount of the service before they would even wash my clothes, a policy which highly favors the business, not its customers. I have never in my life paid for a service before I receive it. What if they mess up? I have just handed over my clothes and all the money and I have no guarantees. I called Toms Chinese Laundry which has a much better Google rating than this place and they dont ask for payment until you pick up your clean laundry, This is much better customer service and I will be taking my business there in the future. I havent even gotten my laundry back from Logan Circle Laundromat and Im already dissatisfied! Side note: The way the owner refutes any criticism in his responses to the Google reviews is strange. People who want to give good customer service and are web savvy listen to their customers and try to see their point of view rather than deny their customers negative experiences. Its way better to post "Im sorry you had that experience" and then try to make it up to the person than flat out deny that anything bad ever happened when clearly something less than optimal has happened.

Un servicio realmente bueno. Por 0.75 $ compramos el detergente. Pusimos una lavadora de las pequeñas, 2.50$ para aproximadamente 6 kg de ropa y la secadora fueron 2.00$ que sirvieron para secar toda la ropa perfectamente en 20 minutos. El local dispone de wifi y de máquinas para cambiar dinero puesto que las lavadoras y secadoras solo funcionan con monedas de 1/4 de dólar. También dispone de parking para clientes.

CAUTION**CAUTION**CAUTION This place is clean, has wifi and seems nice. If the machines work- then youll be o.k. If not - youre screwed. When their washing machine didnt work and I asked for assistance. The attendant was emotionally unstable and called the police because I asked her to run the cycle again so that it would work or to refund my money $6.75 - When the police came they told me that they come several times a week to this establishment because of her involvement with customers. Apparently here you either keep your mouth quiet when you get cheated out of money from a broken machine or they call the police….. The owner seems to have perfected not taking responsibility for everyday business matters and blaming the customer.

Walked in and asked for wash and fold service, they said it would not be possible until the next afternoon. I figured they were busy so said it was fine and went to my car to bring everything inside. As I was getting stuff, a guy I assume works there pulled his car right next to mine and blocked the sidewalk so I had to walk around to get in. The woman working at the desk then proceeded to tell me that they could no longer offer me wash and fold service. Were they busy (didnt seem like it), was not t the cool of my skin, the part of town I live in? Who really knows. Bottoms line, I went about a mile over to Ontario Coin and they took care of me promptly. Do not use this place, poor service and there are better options out there.

I have been to this location a few times due to its convenience however I dread going here because of the disrespect I experienced from an attendant. I arrived one evening almost an hour before closing time. I was told that I only had 5 minutes to dry my clothes. When my clothes were almost finished 1 minute after closing the attendant turned off the lights and my dryer and told me its time to go. Terrible customer service. Even with the convenience I rather pay for an uber to travel to another laundromat than go here and Im a broke college student

This place is the worst of the worst, machines are in a state of disrepair. The advertise price is $2.50 however actual price is $2.75. They say they close at 10pm, however when I tried to split a $20 for smaller change they informed me the cash register was closed. Leaving only splitting a $20 into quarters and who wants $20 bucks in Quarters!! So had to leave with wet clothes. Not impressed!! If you say you close at 10pm ensure your machines work and that you can provide a full service until then!!

Dropped off laundry for wash and fold service while travelling from out of town and got screwed over. Was going to wash it myself but to save some time I was willing to pay and tip generously to have it done for me, but if and only if it would be done by 8am sharp the next day. I asked whether this was possible and was assured 8am sharp, it would be ready. I then returned at the appointed time to pick up and it hadnt been touched. Never again. Wish I could give negative stars.

This place sent me a coupon so I decided to try it out. I used to go to 11M for the longest time. I have never gone back to since and been coming here for over six months. The washers have free hot water and the dryers are actually hot. They only have one TV and no vending machines. But their prices are over $1 cheaper than other laundry places. The workers are always sweeping the floor and polishing the stainless steel machines. Works for me!

I have read the reviews (and the owners aggressive comments, which demonstrate what happens to communication skills after 25 years in the laundromat industry) and figure I will try the place out. I have not used the machines yet, but expect a 5 star experience. I assure you I will follow all the rules, and if I have complaints they will be legitimate. I just want to wash my clothes!

The website says to call for same-day services. So of course, I called to schedule a same day wash & fold. A young girl answered and was translating to someone in the background for responses. She told me I have to give them 24-hours. When I informed her about the information on the website, a lady in the background begins screaming in Spanish then hangs up. Seriously?!

I used their "wash and fold" service for my sheets. I dropped off 3 sets of sheets and paid in advance. I picked them up tied up in a black garbage bag. When I got home and opened the bag I found clean, balled up, wrinkled sheets. I paid for wash and fold, and they failed to fold them. I will not use their services in the future.

Ive been using this laundry for more than six months. Most of the times there are available machines and they work pretty good so no complaints. The staff is helpful and CNN helps kill the time. The only con, if any, is that machines work only with quarters so you have to carry cash. Would be nice to have a card system.

This is an awesome laundromat with plenty of options of machines. The staff there work very hard to keep it spotless throughout the day and are very helpful and welcoming. There is ample parking. They have TVs and free wifi and theres a store across the street for snacks and drinks while waiting.
