DO NOT USE THIS DRY CLEANER. I REPEAT- Do NOT use them!!!! I am new to the area and so I picked them because of convenience and they seemed nice at the time. I went to go pick up my dry cleaning a few days ago and one of my skirts was BLEACHED!!! Who knew you could bleach something by sending it to the dry cleaner??! It was one of my favorites- not to mention expensive. On top of RUINING my skirt.... They are making me WAIT until the manager actually sees the skirt in person. So let me get this straight... YOU ruin MY skirt... yet, I have to wait three days to see if they will even refund me. They have AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Dont waste your time or money there.

I was supposed to have my suits cleaned. However, the cleaners attendant was sooooo F***KING rude, disparaging and confrontational. I couldnt understand why. She seems to be always in a bad mood. (undergoing menopause?) I asked around and I guess she has bipolar disease. Or maybe, she just doesnt like certain people. Speaks ill of the company. Imagine that? She will make you feel she owns the place. F***!!! She may act nice momentarily, but dont be fooled by this horrendous creatures personality. I feel sorry for the owner and manager. They may not even know this and this attendant just repels more and more customers. Save yourself some headache and wrinkles.

I love this dry cleaners! I have never had a problem here. It is very convenient because I live in the same building. Also, the attendant Kebe is really nice and helpful! I trust her with my expensive clothing and have been very pleased with the cleaning and customer service!

They burned a tie of mine, without offering any kind of refund, and never have my clothes when the ticket states that they will be clean. Of course, this doesnt help in terms of planning or time management in the morning before work.
