I wish I could give them zero star. AAA forced us to deal with them. They kept the car with them for more than a month, no one care to follow up. Just all what u have to do is to wait for their mercy. We get our car without center lock for the front door. When We complained to the manager they said it is not in the original parts for this car. I do not care I need the same exact door. They refuse and told the manager wrong info. Very bad customer services. And they used cheap replacement. They give us the car without a rubber after they switch the front lamp of course it is damaged within 2 weeks. Till now since 2 month I could not get my car as before.

Walked in here today asking for an estimate on my fruit number. The receptionist greeted me with what can I do for you. No hi, hello, or good morning. I told her the problem and she asked me to wait for 20 minutes. It has been over an hour and I am still waiting. Yes reciptionist has a very bad attitude. It is like going to the DMV.
