I took my Nissan Leaf to Caliber after a collision with a deer. The repair was managed by GEICO. I was completely happy with their experience for these specific reasons: 1. Attitude: Everyone was courteous and went out of their way to be helpful about my questions and needs, such as when I realized I had left something important in the car and needed to retrieve it. 2. Communication: They asked how often I wanted to be contacted with status updates, and then kept up with me on the schedule I had requested. They were always helpful on the occasions when I called them for additional status updates. 3. Workmanship: The car looks better than it did before the accident. I cant find any trace of damage or sloppy work. A technician decided that he shouldnt try to repair the delicate mounting system for the charger door at the front of the car. It took a couple of extra days to get the part and put it on, but the door works smoothly (again, even better than it did before the accident). Thank you, Caliber! I hope your reputation grows.

My beautiful Toyota Tundra pickup was damaged on the right side, bed caved in, back door damaged and a small area of the cab, all on the passenger side. I went to Elite Autohaus because I had been there before. I took a chance because they didnt do the job right two years ago. I was assured there had been changes and it would be done right this time. I just picked up the truck, and it is BEAUTIFUL!!! The job is perfect, just as they said it would be. It was a complex job as they had to remove the side panel of the bed, the outer shell of the door and replace and paint them both, pull the dent out of the cab, and make is all work so it looked perfect. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any body work.

I had to get my drivers side mirror replaced after a run-in with a deer. The office staff was extremely friendly and helpful, told me exactly what to expect, and when I arrived at the shop to have the mirror put on it only took them about 15 minutes and it actually looked better afterward than the mirror that wasnt damaged. From my experience, I would recommend this shop and go back again if necessary. Nice working with them!

My car was there for almost two months , I picked it up still problem, I took it back fixed it again. Now the door wont close right and seat belt having hard time to put it on. I am going to take it back to them soon !!!!! Bad experience!!

Worst shop ever!!! Everything starts as soon you walk in the office. You get this receptionist trying being a smart ass, she has no customer service at all.
