I thought this was a great place because my mom received service from them and her car looked good after being repaired. I went here through Geico and it was not what I expected at all. My car was dropped off to them on a Friday and they told me that they needed an authorization form to start work. I emailed the authorization back so I assumed that work had been at least started. Two Mondays passed so I called them on the following day which was a Tuesday to check to see progress and they hadnt even started on my car. They said that they never received the authorization. If that was the case they should have at last called me back and said hey I dont have your authorization. So I went to pick the car up because I no longer wanted them to fix my car. When i got there there was more damage to my than when it was dropped off. My side mirror was off, the button to roll my window up on my back door was missing, and my gas tank top was missing. I know for sure that they damaged my car because the adjuster took pictures and one thing for certain is that my side mirror was not broken. I spoke with the manager Richard but of course he had to look at for his team and defend them. Little does Signature Collision know they have a law suit on their hands. Instead of just paying for the damages that was made at their shop I am going for it all.

Pretty horrible service from this place. First they returned my car after what they told me would be a 2 weeks wait over a month later. Then I had to drive around with a scary and obnoxious sound coming from where the damage had occurred on the front passenger side. I returned with the car and was told it may be an obviously damaged lining under ( which they initially neglected to fix) my car that was flapping against the wheel. I was told they would order the part and have it fixed. Two weeks later when I did not receive a call from them, I called only to be told that they had no knowledge of the part being ordered. I did not give them the third chance they requested to fix the issue. I went to Jim Coleman Toyota in bethesda and all the guy had to do was look to tell me what the problem was and use a clip to fix it within minutes. I also found out that they had neglected to replace all the wheel locks on my car after pulling it apart. The rubber on my passenger side of my car next to my windshield is also loose curtesy of a sloppy and unfinished Job. I would never recommend using this place if you want to feel that your car is in good hands.

I had the worst experience every in my life. poor customer service and disrespect. They like to argue with a customer to estimate the right value of repair for body shop. I was spend all of my day to get my car estimated. Especially there is a guy called Mike who dont understand the value of asset, who underestimate the repair value of cars.

Excellent service! They always call you to keep you updated about your vehicle. They only work with GIECO, but not in my case. I spoke to Gus and Luigi about my incident and they were glad to take care of my car. I have taken 2 of my cars there and everything was perfect.

Geico recommended it. Geico sucks because they do not move a finger for you. Had to beg them and took forever to give a simple estimate. Over a week for a door and a fender. They did a good job compared to the other place Ive been. They work well on VWs.

I have always received excellent service and repairs from Signature. I take my car there for non-insurance repairs as well. They treat me with respect and as a valued customer. My cars always look like new when I get them back. Customer for life!
