I was told that my car will be ready within an hour and a half. I called at that time and they had not yet put oil in the car. I had to leave 30 minutes later for a time sensitive meeting and they kept me on the phone to pressure me and really scare me about my cars tires. Upon my arrival at the shop to get my car, the gentleman who had worked on it said everything looked good, which was completely contrary to what the customer service person I had talked to on the phone had said. Seeing that he was caught in a lie, the customer service person got very verbally rude to the gentleman who fixed my car and emphasized to me that my car needs more fixing, despite my repeated request that I need to leave to get to a time sensitive meeting. Right before leaving, he really pressured me to fix more things for the last time and truly made me fearful of driving for the sake of his profits. I will never return to Jindal-Andre and hope that they learn to put peoples safety and peace of mind at the forefront of their work. The work that they did on my car (oil change) was satisfactory and is the only reason why I am even considering this 3-star. Otherwise, they would have received a 1-star from me.

The very best expert services from all at Jindal! Quality customer-service that surpasses all especially from Jeet front desk, Shawn manager and Jay car expert!!! Subject matter experts in auto-care from all there especially Jay, he redid all the failures my past non expert mechanic performed. Jay was sudprised I been making it on the road as long as I had so I was patient as Jay diagnosed and did reconstructive surgery on my car. I wouldnt entrust my car to anyone, ever again as I will alway take it to Jindal Andre first and they even work with you financially especially if your a student but even if you are not they still will give you a break. Jay went beyond the call of duty to delivery a car that would get me home that night and more. Being that he has kids he wanted to put me in a car the would be safe enough for his own daughter to drive being when I brought it in Jindal Andre that was nit the initial car due to my past street mechanic. I thanks and recommend all at Jindal Andre for delivering the best service, value, care-and exceeding every expectation! Thank goodness I found this place!!

I took my car here several months ago for a repair. Im always a bit dubious on local shops that I do not know well so I priced the repair at a couple other places ahead of time. This place is VERY convenient so I decided to give them a try. The final repair total was on the low side of the other estimates I had gotten, was done quickly, and with very good customer service. I have a different repair I need now, and I will be taking it back to them in hopes that the quality service continues. UPDATE: SECOND VISIT: Over the summer I had Jindals folks fix a front bumper after a little mishap. They had to replace the bumper and paint it to match and also repair/replace the headlights. For body work, I really wanted to go to a body shop, but the high ranking ones were not close . So I took it to Jindal and they did an AMAZING job. The bumper looks beautiful and now several months later the headlights and everything are still in place and going well. The price was also very reasonable. Great to have these guys nearby.

Wonderful experience at Jindal-Andre Automotive! So much so that I went right back to work after picking up my car to write my (first ever) Google/Yelp review! Had my car broken into a few months back and have been driving with plastic over the quarter glass on my passenger side ever since. The shop I usually go to quoted me at $400-500 for quarter glass replacement parts and labor (200 for glass and 200+ for labor since they had to call "their guy in"!). I ended up buying the glass offline for 50 bucks, and Jindal-Andre charged 90 for 2 hours labor, and even helped me snap on my hubcaps for free (since I had the replacements in my backseat). Window looks great! Wonderful service. Highly recommend for auto glass work in the DMV. Will be going back for all my car tune-ups!

One of the most awesome experience to have when getting your car repaired is my experience with the team at Jindal - Andre Automotive. They are very professional and concerning about your automobile. They will talk with you about your vehicle issues and help you realize the importance of what can be done to put you on the road safe again. I had major brake work needed and as with cars it never fail when its one issue it stems from other things that comes alone but at Jidal -Andres they met me at my concern the cost, they made it affordable for me and repaired my major issue so I could ride safe and secure on the road. I recommend them to ALL the Nations Captial residence. No Concern No Worries about my vehicle now that Jindal- Andre Automotive is my Mechanic Team!

I just moved to DC and one of the most stressful things for me is finding someone I can trust my car with. The guys at Jindal were great! They kept me informed every step of the way & their service was quick and professional. They had my car out in two days, even though I told them there was no rush, I just needed it back in a couple of weeks. I thought I needed a complete EGR system replacement, but they figured out how to replace just one component and actually showed me the part they replaced when I picked my car up. This is definitely going to be my new shop. So lucky to live so close to these guys!

Thought this was a up front business and I got fooled by the 4.4 google stars. Went there for a 4 wheel alignment after only getting a 2 wheel alignment. Was told I need a upper control arm and wind up spending 700 dollars there. I took it back 3 times to get reduced only to have the same problems. When I asked for a refund for not getting adequate service he tried to then suggest spend 400 more dollars. Are u crazy Andre? Show your customer some respect. Now that u butchered my car now now its going to cost twice as much to fix the problem and you not willing to help. Please dont use these assholes.

You might not think youre in the right place because it looks like a taxi shop, but youre there. Found this place using the OpenBay app. I was there for routine service and inspections, oil and filters mainly, tire rotation. The quoted price seemed high, but the final price was lower. It looks like the price got lowered because the time it took to perform the service was faster than what was in the quote for labor. It ended up costing a little more than Jiffy Lube I think, but Im unsure if Jiffy Lube performs whatever inspections they did. I would go here again for any issues.

These guys are the absolute best, they recognize me everytime I come in, they do a good job and are very friendly. Finding the business can be a little difficult if you dont know where to look. But best of all these guys are very competitive with their pricing- I got a quote from another garage before I had come here one time and the other guys quoted me almost twice what Jindal-Andre did!!! I cannot sing their praises enough! They even had a Thanksgiving meal and invited me, you can tell these guys really care about their customers and keeping them happy!!
