If I could give 0 stars I would. I have had the most horrible inconvient experience ever buying my first car here. If I wasnt so pressed to get a car quick I wouldve probably had a better experience somewhere else. I bought a 1999 Buick century for $3000 definitely overpriced but this was price was agreed on with him fixing everything that needed to be done on the Car.. The windows,ac and couple other things I cant remember right now. He had given me the biggest run around with this. I had to keep taking it back because everything was a temporary fix one day all my windows and ac worked next time it didnt. Thir was never any communication about what was going on when my car was their for multiple days each time Ive brought it back just for it to be a temporary fix. And that is not even the worst part. My car was supposed to be Maryland inspected and was not. Their were so many things wrong that was no way my car could have passed inspection. For example my driver side window did not go all the way down, my tail light was out, only one park light worked, these are things that would not pass. Also hes receptionist is very dumb because I came one day asking for some papers I needed and she ended up showing me a FAILED Maryland inspection by mistake. But somehow naz magically gave me a passed inspection. Clearly he knows people that does his favors. I have been cheated and lied to dealing with this man. Oh and come to find out I had several leaks in my car... The transmission,oil and brake fluid all leaked and I had to keep putting fluids in several times a week until I got it fixed myself. And guess what one of the first questions that was asked was were their any leaks. Please dont buy a car here. your better off somewhere else. Thankfully I have a new car now that is far from the terrible experience Ive had here. I think its safe to say your car is only as good as the person your buying from because this man is a cheat, a liar and very rude and has no sense or urgency what so ever and does not Care about pleasing his customers. if your lookin to buy a good reliable used car stay far away from here!

1. Horrible customer service, including Naz who has an attitude, but mostly fat front desk woman who answers the phone with a mouth full of chips 2. Naz charges what he wants with no regard to initial estimate 3. You are never able to get in contact with Naz and he seems to be the only one who ever knows the status of your vehicle 4. No communication, had my vehicle for a week outside of the completion date and literally refused to release it without signing a waiver 5. Rearranged cables for a side marker lap outside of factory specs (will post pics), which made it impossible to connect cable without disassembling debris guard. Naz agreed to leave these cables accessible since the job took almost 2 weeks for what he initially stated would take 2 days, I ended up ordering one of the parts myself to fix it later I was so frustrated. 6. None of his mechanics even speak English which makes me wonder if they are even qualified or if he just picked them up off the streets. 7. Jimmy-rigged my a piece of my front bumper assembly with random misc. screws and a small metal slate. I will never, ever, waste another penny, even at a vending machine in this establishment. Naz, you suck, you are one of the worst business owners and human beings I have ever met, your establishment is a joke and I will rejoice the day you go out of business. You did a mediocre job and charged me an outrageous price after keeping my vehicle for almost 2 weeks with little to no communication when you knew I needed it ASAP. I wouldnt pay you to walk my dog! I have dealt with many mechanics and cars in the past, ranging from volkswagen, bmw, audi, saab, etc. But this establishment is the worst backwoods, home-grown, throw-together, laughable, POS business I have ever seen in my life. I wouldnt be one bit surprised to see you in a law-suit one day for unfair business practices or something of the sort. Consumers, run from this business, you would do better off "anywhere else"

I was referred to take my truck here from my Geico rep who spoke so highly of this shop. My truck was in shop for 9 days. When I picked it up i didt get down the street before a a light came on and message to turn engine off. I called back to Naz (owner) and he told me to bring back to shop since i was so close and he would look at it. I dropped it off and his mechanic stated that the oil pressure switch could have been damaged because of the accident. It stayed for a few days and I didnt hear, so I called back. He told me that i needed a tune up . NEVER did he mention to me this may not be part of my car accident or even that I may be responsible for the cost or EVEN TO ASK IF I WANTED THE REPAIRS DONE by his shop. He calls me on Monday to say your car is ready and that the balance due is $570.00 When I asked who authorized repairs, he tells me that he has spoken to me and I told him not to do the tune up.....HOWEVER never has he here from me to do the repair. A repair for $570 and the part cost$50.00. I am very disappointed and pissed off with this situation. I called GEICO to speak to a supervisor who tells me that the cost will not be covered by them because it was not related to accident according to the shop and that NAZ auto body is not affiliated with Geico. Not to mention they charged me for 5 additional days of car rental, when I was under the impression that my truck repairs will be covered by them. I would not have used them for anything mechanical that I could have had done with another mechanic that I have to do my repairs. They were not very accommodating, and I am not happy at all with the service I received from them and the referral from Geico. I do know that by law in the state of Maryland, you can not do any repairs that were not authorized by owner and an estimate given within 20% of cost.

Excellent service car looks amazing but I do want to let people know they should check there miles on there car on drop off and pick up. 100+ miles were put on 2016 car. Made up for it. But its still unexplainatory. Naz said that he took it to the detailer in waldorf, (which I didnt give permission for anyone to drive my car anywhere) and the detailers put the miles on there. And I have witnessed someone driving a customers car. Just saying. But other then that they do very good work.

Quality repair work. Complementary detail. Excellent customer service. I just had my 2013 BMW repaired here from a rear end collision. Naz and his staff were courteous and timely. My car was ready earlier than anticipated and it was detailed inside and out when I came to pick it up. Would recommend to others. Very pleased with body work and customer service.
