Sometimes my mail comes at 1pm. Other times it comes at 10pm. Packages? Thats a whole different set of delivery times. And god help me if I schedule a pick up! I leave the boxes out all day on my porch, and sometimes they dont get picked up. What a great way to have my packages stolen! And you can suck it up, USPS, because I WILL hold you responsible. Also, these folks love to mark packages as "delivered", and then not actually bring them to me until the next day, if Im lucky. Sometimes its several days. Ive never seen such a rag-tag group of postal workers. Half the time these clowns arent even in uniform. VERY disappointed with this post office. I pay a lot of money to live in this neighborhood, and I feel my postal service should reflect that.

Worst service ever Ive ever experienced at a post office. Very ignorant and couldnt even explain what a parcel is. Was very nasty and rude to the lady in front of me as well. CSR name is Bria with a very bad attitude and with so many people needing a job...im sure we could find someone much more pleasant and grateful to have a job to work in our local post office. #unhappyUSPScustomer
