I have been calling for two days (literally over twenty times) because the line only rings busy. The ONLY time it was picked up, I was on hold for (again, literally... It was timed on my phone) half an hour. No thanks. There are other post offices. I just had questions about getting my passport.

This Post Office run out of money orders. A Post Office shouldnt run out of money orders or stamps. At least, get the missing item(s) from the closest Post Office.For this particular office,the nearest Post Office is only five miles away. No excuses....

I called and spoke with Sheila and I must say she went above and beyond to assist me. She even phycically drove to my mailbox to try and locate my package. She was very polite and extremely helpful. We need more employees like her at the USPS.

There is one lady that works at the Bryans Road Post Office that is extremely rude! The other lady and the gentleman are very nice and very helpful.
