Ok... I cannot verify the poor customer service on the phone. I walked in because I had a new construction home and the address was not showing up on the usps website so I had to go to the post office. I will say this about their customer service and I will leave it at that: if you are used to smiles and giggles, you wont find that at this location. If you are used to people being direct and forward, you might think of the employees as being rude. Get in the post office, know what you want, and get out. Keep the line moving. Its 2:45 and they close at 3pm. I was in and out in 5 mins and was given direct instructions on what I needed to do. I only wrote this review because I see how customers can take it as an attitude but I am also one of those people who gives directions and keep it moving. I dont think its that extreme to poor customer service, unless they blatantly had an attitude, but I do think its more so efficiency than anything. Hope this helps.

I have been calling this location back to back for over an hour and no one has picked up yet! No machine, nothing! My package was supposed to be delivered in 2 days and has been MIA for 2 weeks!!! Apparently USPS has been holding the package due to a problem with a damaged label. They were supposed to be printing a new label and sending the package out. I STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN THE PACKAGE! How long does it take to reprint a label, put it on a box and send it on its way???? I am willing to even pick the package up, even though I paid for express shipping, which is why Im calling. As bad as this post office is, I need to be sure they even know where the package is before I take off an hour to get there before they close. Guess, Ill continue trying to call.

I am so tired of getting the incorrect mail every single day they took my package to someone else and of course theyre not going to return it to the rightful owner. This is the worst Postal Service ever they dont even answer their customer service line and just continues to rings until it hangs up or gives you a busy signal. They dont train the people to deliver your mail properly or read the address to put put the correct mail in the box. Please hire responsible employees! This is the second time we received someone elses medication in our box and I have to search for the person to give it to them. I would give the a zero.

Passport Information and forms were on point considering they take customers from Laplatas Post Office as the lazy post master there doesnt. Post Office Rd only has one Agent accepting applications. They are also short staffed as well. This service should be blamed on a much higher level than the actual Postal workers here. Try complaining higher up and check out the race of the higher ups and maybe you will understand the service. Most Waldorf customers have a funky superior attitude upon entrance. If if were me Id cuss those rude a$$ customers t f out. Yes the USPS is still prejudice a f. Nothings changed in 40 years.

Went in to apply for a passport, first they tell me the wrong information about what is needed to I had to make several trips to the post office to properly apply. Then I had to pay $25 to get pictures taken and they didnt even take the pictures right. I got a letter in the mail saying the pictures were taken incorrectly. But this post office is supposed to be a passport location and they dont even know how to properly take photos or what I even need to apply? Get it together jeez. OH AND THEY DONT ANSWER THE GOD DAMN PHONE SO DONT EVEN TRY CALLING

Poor service!!! Was informed through the mobile site that my packages were undeliverable and a notice was left in the mailbox. An hour later, UPS drops off a package at my door step. There was no notice in my mailbox either. This shows laziness and unprofessionalism.Using recent inclement weather to not preform your job. My driveway was professionally plowed and no reason at all to make me wait to receive my packages. Tried calling and no answer. Very disappointing!!!!!

They NEVER pick up the damn phone. It could ring for 3 minutes straight and STILL no one answers the phone. Lousy to say the least when it comes to answering calls. And dont even get me started on how it took TWO MONTHS for this post office to do our new mail keys, and how they handled letting us know when they were done.

Customer service is HORRIBLE. I mean EXTREMELY HORRIBLE! The women at the front desk are rude and could carless about your concerns. Their mail carrier purposely damaged my package because I filed a complaint on her. LOL opps. Good thing nothing was missing cause she knows we wouldve had another problem.

Terrible. I tried calling to ask a simple question and they have not answered even after my tenth time calling. Also stated that I could not receive my package because they had no access, when the weather was fine, no entrances were blocked (or mailbox), and everyone was home. Ridiculous.

Somebody should teach these prople about basic customer service. I tried calling over and over and nobody picked up. I know they are busy, but for a facility that advertises passport acceptance "by appointment only" they should at least have an answering machine.
