My experience renting this unit was not a good one. First the person in charge for doing my intake was very abrupt and rude. Originally, went in there she offered the information to me in a rude manner. I was not allowed to ask question as she cut me off abruptly.."maam I am getting to that" . She did not offer me choices but rather give no alternative and added in expenses without my input. I know for sure that one can bring their own lock/key..she found it her business to add in that cost without asking me or consulting with me whether I have my own lock/key. After the initial completion of the process she stood by me and demanded that I instantly write a review on my phone rather than giving me the option to do so at my own convenience. I told her id rather write the review upon my return home as she question me the second time about the review. She also give me a quote for two months which should have been for one month and have me pay the following month at my own convenience. I did not like her attitude or disposition. Not only that, the second time i went there to opened the gate for some reason the code was wrong and the gate did not opened. I went in pleasantly to ask her assistance and she looked at me like rather in a aggravated manner.. rolled her eyes when she asked what code I had as I repeated the coded to her...she said it is the wrong code with a nasty attitude..thats because .My review of the place itself is awesome..very very clean place but the intake representative was nasty..She need to o learn some business etiquette and manners when dealing with your customers..

They are so nice. Thank you. I had my things in a public storage in Apopka and yes i was behind in my storage fee. I had been helping a family member. And the one in Apopka sold my and my sons belongings (he is ten) a month to soon. I lost my husband to cancer when our son was just about 1. His dad, I am disabled. I was a medic when I was injured. I had gone to Homestead Florida the day after hurricane Andrew. A person in the office decided it would be funny to pull a chair out from underneath me. Changed my life forever. They sold everything that was left of my sons life and mine. Birth certificates death cert. My sons drawings and pictures of him and his dad. We have nothing except some clothes. Papers i can never replace. EVERYTHING ..!! I havent told my son yet. Cant, I am so afraid he will never forgive me. We have lost so much. We got robbed several years ago. Stole everything except the few things we had with us. They even stole papers and title to my SUV. Then some how had the title changed. Found out when i went to get the sticker updated for my tag. Boy we have had such bad luck. Wish i new why??? But thank you for being so kind. You have no idea how much it was and is appreciated. After loosing so much you appreciate the small stuff. Hope my son feels that way when i tell him. Thank You Sharon

I have been with Public Storage a little over a year. I have been lied to since the beginning. At first I reserved a smaller unit and went I went to move in they said they didnt have it available while Im sitting there with a U-haul full of my property from my condo. They said dont worry Sir we will give you a bigger unit for only 5 dollars extra a month. I really didnt have a choice and had to take the bigger unit or find another storage complex the same day which in the area I live in that just doesnt happen. 3 months after moving into the unit they raised my price from $108 to $128 a month witch the person who signed me up said it would not go up for a year. Now I get a letter today saying they are increasing my rent again from the original $108 to now to $150.10. So if you are looking for a storage company that is honest do not go with Public storage. If you want a company that wont raise rates constantly STAY AWAY!!!!!!

This location is great. I have another Public Storage location that is a little closer to my home, however I decided to go with this location due to the professionalism and friendliness I was given at my recent visit. Selma was great answering all of my questions and even suggesting things I had not thought of. I am really happy that Public Storage employs people who are genuinely concerned about you and the well being of your belongings. This was a very nerve racking experience since it was our first time ever inquiring about renting a storage unit. She made sure she was there every step of the way. Selma put our experience over the top. We will be asking for her anytime we have any questions or concerns. I will be recommending this location to all of my friends.

In visiting storage locations in an effort to find a good price, convenient location, and someone to help with my storage dilemma; I was so pleased to have made the decision to stop at this location. Kyle the manager of this location greeted me at the door -- something I had never experienced in pricing something as such a storage unit. Kyle was very informative and answered all of my questions. I ended up making other arrangements to save my out of pocket. However, if Im ever in need of a storage unit -- this location will definitely be the place. I hope everyone at this location is just as gifted in customer service as Kyle/ This has branded such a remarkable impression and experience for me.

Had storage units at this property for 2+ years. At first, in 2014, it was pretty nasty, dirty, not kept up. Since Cathryn has taken over as manage, the place is cleaner, and much better run. I feel so much better driving into the property now. She is always working , cleaning and helping. Before, I would NOT recommend this property and was actually thinking about moving my stuff. With her as manager, we will definitely stay and WOULD recommend the property. Im older, so I believe in good work ethics. The younger that ran the place before "didnt have a clue". Cathryn knows what good work ethics are. KUDOS to Cathryn!

I have been a customer with your establishment for over 3 yrs. Yesterday on May 31, 2016 for the first time I encountered the best customer service. The manager Catherine was extremely professional, helpful and kind. She went way and beyond for me. I was having a personal issue and she helped me. Gave me hope, helped me rectify my situation. I am disabled and have a broken leg. She made sure I was comfortable in all aspects. God bless her! I transferred my unit and she made it so simple. I am grateful to have dealt with such a wonderful person with excellent customer service skills.

I only had my storage space for a short period of time, but from the first day to the last, Cathryn was very helpful. She showed me all the products available to keep my items secure and protected. Her customer service was second to none, and her knowledge of the the stores policies and procedures made me feel very comfortable with my decision to choose Public Storage. She even worked with me to ensure my need to depart quickly was met with a refund of costs not incurred. I would use PS again.
