I thought I had finished raving about Cubesmart after dealing with Ivelisse and then I met Karen as well. What a dynamic duo..both are so helpful and know their stuff. They knew exactly what my needs were before I did. I have been using this facility since they were Ocoee Storage and these are by far the nicest people I have ever dealt with. Very accomodating and just want to do everything in their power to make the stress of moving much easier. Thank you Karen and Ivelisse for all the "fun" we have had in the office..you two are like family! Pamela North

The GM Ivelisse is wonderful at the Ocoee location! One night while I was moving from a 5x5 unit into a 5x10 I ran my car battery down listening to the radio. Because it was after hours I was the only one on property. I took a chance and went to the front office hoping someone was still there. Doors all locked I went to the on-site managers private door and knocked. Ivelisse came to my rescue helping jump start my car with hers. She was a lifesaver that night! This is BY FAR the best storage EVER! Karen and Ivelisse are so nice, friendly and personable. We needed to see if our boat would fit for storage. Ivelisse reserved a unit for us to try and we were a little behind and Karen was so helpful! She waited, let us see if it would fit and offered 5 star customer service. reasonable prices great location easy access. Very clean super safe. Awesome management all are nice. I would not consider any where else. Been using storage units for years. This smart cube storage is absolutely the best. Karen is something else. Friendly helpful caring. I have no reason to move on to any other storage.
