First, both the national agency and local branch told me they had paper billing available which was pretty much a lie. When I went to get my unit I signed up for an extra dollar per month for the traditional “billing”. I left and came back in the door and actually heard the guy who signed me up say “oh no here he comes again" in a negative tone. A month later, I get no bill and find out that 1 – I wasn’t signed up for it. I call in and ask and find out that it’s just a post card reminder, and not really bill. The same guy got really snotty with me over the phone over this. They should fire the guy with a horrible attitude and tell the truth that traditional billing is not available and maybe it would be ok because the facility and price is decent. If there was another option close to me I would have started moving my stuff somewhere else the same day. Im the customer at least pretend to be friendly.

I would like to thank Cody for providing exceptional customer care while never missing a beat. He rectified a couple issues within minutes while providing great service, absolutely zero attitude, and had all issues taken care of within minutes and promptly had all documents emailed due to computer issues at the time. HOPEFULLY Extra Space appreciates your sincere devotion, attention to detail, hard work and realizes what an amazing employee you are. You were able to clean up a mess that should never have taken place, especially since that mess was created from your superior. You provided the kind of customer service most people havent been witness to let alone experienced for years. Awesome place! I will start off by saying that Eric is awesome and a life saver. On the day that I was set to move into my new home I lost the key to my storage unit. I was worried it was going to be a big inconvenience and time consuming, time that I did not have. And Eric had that bad boy opened up in about 10 minutes with a smile on his face like he had been waiting all day for me to ask him to cut the giant disk lock I had on that unit. Saved my day for sure. I only stored with them for a few months but have nothing but good things to say. Would definitely recommend them. The price was good, the staff was great, very very very easy to work with across all avenues of the business. Extra Space is on the top of my list for future storing needs.

I came to Extra Space Storage needing a unit that day as I was needing to move A.S.A.P. Zack greeted my mother and me and was more than helpful. He was willing to show us any unit available. He showed us an office space unit that was perfect for what I needed. I cannot stress enough how great Zack’s customer serve was. He was more than accommodating when he heard why I needed a space so quickly. The paper work was extremely easy, he explained everything in detail and it took no more than 3 minutes to click and sign. Plus, I got my first month free which was an extreme help to my situation! The facility seemed clean, safe and secure. I trust my belongings are in good hands!

Ya know, the folks at Extra Space have been consistently real good to me. Thats cool and all, but the reason I get off the couch to sit on the couch and write nice things can be summed up in six words. B - R - A - N - D- Y Today, calling to pay my crap bill from several states away, she actually went out of her way to find some answers to some questions I had, and moreover, bent over backward to help me get a billing issue squared away when she probably could have just shrugged her shoulders and said, deal with it bub. Preciate it

Cody was extrememly helpful and it was a pleasure doing business with Extra Space Storage, and will continue doing business with them in the future. They are a top notch storage facility and went out of their way to provide answers to our questions in dealing with the usage of several units. Cody checked on us regularly and made sure all of our needs were met and we had all we needed while on the premises. The prices of the units are very reasonable and Cody and the staff made us feel very welcome there.

Amazing place, great storagre security, and awesome employees! They are always so friendly, upbeat, and very willing to help with any questions I have. I am a young homeowner so I definitely use my storage space often and when my key broke in the lock they were very nice Im helping me get it off and just overall always had a positive experience here. Plus their prices are so much cheaper than places around Kent, and I would know because Ive price checked. So good place to go!

I recently rented a 10 x 20 unit in Kent for 5 months. The office staff were pleasant and nice. The storage unit itself was clean and dry. The only thing missing that would have been helpful would be a light inside the unit. I cant really compare the costs as this was the first storage unit I rented. I had a houseful of furniture and appliances in the unit and when I moved out I had no problems other than some dust and a few dead spiders.

I AM 19 YEARS OLD AND CURRENTLY MOVING TO A PLACE OF MY OWN AND NEEDED TO DOWNSIZE A LITTLE. I STARTED OUT WITH A 5X10 UNIT, BUT WHEN I GOT THERE, THE STAFF SHOWED ME THE UNIT AND I REALIZED THAT I WOULD NEED A BIGGER UNIT. I GREATLY APPRECIATE ALL OF THEIR HELP. MY UNIT NOW IS A 5X15 AND MUCH BETTER SUITS MY NEEDS. THE UNIT IS VERY CLEAN AND SAFE. VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. WOULD DEFINITELY RECCOMMEND TO SOMEONE IN SEARCH OF STORAGE.

Great staff and clean facilities. We got new bank cards when ours expired and I forgot to update the card for the auto pay. Not only did they update my account with the new card for future payments but also reversed the late fee for me. I loved the facility so much that when we moved to MD it took me 8 years to move my stuff to a closer Extra Space Storage and convenience is the only reason we moved but I stayed with Extra Space.

This is my familys first experience using a storage facility. We made several calls and drove by several while looking for something reasonably priced in the Kent area. This one felt right from the very beginning. It is very clean and well kept. Working with Cody, first over the phone and then in person has been a pleasure. i liked them i mean they were nice... i just thought they were expensive and my things had water damage when i pulled everything out.. i mean the employees were nice but i dont like there prices or there units.i have been to other storage places that are much cleaner and much cheaper. this day and age people cant afford alot for storage.i like the people there friendly but i just do not like the units.
