We settled on this place after reading lots of reviews. It had the highest ratings of all places in the area on Google. After a not so hot experience at Florida Discount storage, we decided to take ratings very seriously and try this particular Public Storage. We have been really happy with our decision ever since; the ratings do not lie! Not only is the property manager really knowledgeable and helpful, but she seems really committed to making your move-in as easy as possible for you. She brought us water and even helped us choose a different unit after we realized our stuff would not all fit. She called a couple weeks later to see how our experience was and if we needed anything else. Cant say Ive had such great experience anywhere else. Kudos to the facility manager! Go here if you are looking for a pleasant and reliable experience, and you want to know your stuff is in good shape! And where you know the manager cares!

Yvonne has been exceptionally friendly and totally professional towards me in all of her interactions with me. She supported me while I moved in. When I came to her with an issue regarding the door stop - she followed through and addressed the situation. She was exceptionally supportive as I moved out also. If I ever need another storage unit, I will always choose Public Storage because of how Yvonne interacted with me.

I have rented from this storage facility for several years for business purposes. The staff is very professional and helpful. The property manager, Yvonne, always goes above and beyond to make sure I have great customer service. The facility is clean and tidy. I know they care about helping their tenants here and its been a great experience for me. I would highly recommend this facility.

Renting here couldnt have been a better experience! My unit was a great deal at $1 for the first month, was spotless when I took possession, and was safe, secure, and well-lit at all times. I owe special thanks to Yvonne, who was friendly, courteous, and extremely helpful from beginning to end. The next time I need a storage unit, this will be my first and last stop.
