Over the years I have been a steady customer of Central Florida Auto Repair and cant recall ever being disappointed in the professional service Frank and Brian provided, Whenever I recommend CFAR to others I tell the story about the days when I used to own a Ford Taurus and after repeated repairs Frank told me that I should think about buying a new car or Id be faced with continually having to spend more and more money on future repairs. Can you believe that the owner of a repair shop would advise a customer to stop spending money at his shop? I know it sounds crazy but its true. I couldnt believe my ears.This is the kind on honesty one can expect at CFAR. No up-selling and doing unnecessary work going on there. No need to be an expert on car repairs to avoid being overcharged. CFAR always looks to save you money by taking the smart, conservative approach in repairing your car. They dont just replace parts. They diagnose the problem and solve it in the most economical way. Over the years Ive recommended CFAR to numerous friends, family and coworkers and all have been completely satisfied with the service they received. Frank, Brian and their staff are experienced, highly trained professionals that will take great care of your car without hurting your wallet. Give them a try. You wont be sorry.

The BEST family owned business in Central Florida, period! I first heard about Central Florida Auto Repair from my neighbour (who also happens to be a mechanic) when I needed a major problem fixed. I figured, "hey, if a mechanic trusts their work, I might as well go for it". Two years later, my friends and family now turn to this company for any car issues as well. I highly recommend! Everyone that works here is amazing! The knowledge and passion they have for cars makes me suspect that they invented them (and possibly the wheel) but humbly decline to admit so. Rest assured, they will fix the problem and if not, give you proper and honest guidance on the next steps on how to address the situation. The prices are also very fair as initially when I receive a quote, I run a program that measures and compares the price of the work for most mechanic shops across all of North America and it is always spot on! The prices are fair! Overall, Im blown away by Central Florida Auto Repair. If I live long enough, Im looking forward to the 100 year anniversary! My family and I have being using CFA for years and have always had great service at fair prices. This week, however, I saw a side of Frank that has made me a customer for life. My 18 year old son was in an accident, which my 77year old mother witnessed. My husband and I were out of town so I called Frank regarding a tow question. He kicked into high gear, called in a favor with the tow company to save me money, had the car delivered to him so he could help me salvage the car AND he gave my mom a ride home. He gets nothing from doing this...aside from my unending loyalty! That is a true neighbor! Someone you can trust when you drop off your vehicle is so important. Over and over, Frank and his family show me how honest and kind they are. So refreshing in this world!!! Additionally, I work with at least 10 folks that world say the same. (Major defense contractor down the street) So thankful that they recommended him to me! You wont be disappointed!

I have been a customer of Central Florida Auto Repair for 5 years and have never had a more honest and trustworthy experience with an auto repair shop. I have checked prices elsewhere and always find that I am really getting a good deal. Sometimes I am impatient because Im in a hurry, and that is my own fault, but Frank and Brian have never treated me in any other manner then professionally. I am almost 80 years old and to say I have never had a more trustworthy mechanic, says a lot. Beware of this mechanic. The father and son duo appear to be honest mechanics, but they are not. I had a transmission problem, but the son misdiagnosed the problem. The son told be that the transmission was not slipping into gear because it needed transmission mounts. I got a second opinion and it really turned out to be a transmission problem. This auto repair shop will misdiagnose the problem and fix something that does not need repairing. Their rates arent too cheap either, because he charges the same amount whether he fixes a piece of junk to upscaled automobiles. Dont get chumped by this auto mechanic.

Excellent folks to work with! We were in the Apopka area from about 90 miles away purchasing a used passenger van. We wanted an independent mechanic to look it over for us before we finalized the deal. Frank and his employees spent over an hour looking at the vehicle from roof to tires. He also went as far as checking the Car Fax and the book value of the vehicle for us. Extremely thorough pre-purchase inspection! If we lived in the area, he would certainly be our go to for all our mechanical work.

Had a great experience there on Tuesday! Was in the area on business, but needed something looked at under my new car. The shop was busy with their customers, and even though I didnt call ahead or have an appt, they took my car in for a quick look, fixed it (replaced a screw/something that had fallen off) & sent me on my way-- free of charge! Thank you guys again so much for taking the time to help me out! If I lived on your side of town, Id definitely be a loyal customer of yours! :)

Very nice dealers. The car I wanted had 2 problems. It needed a new battery and 2 rear wheel cylinders. Before I could even ask them for the $250 to fix it they told me they would do it before I drove it off the lot. I left the car there and came back 2 days later. The car was repaired and Its driving very nicely so far. Id recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a buy here pay here dealer. No frills, no games. Just make sure you get your potential vehicle inspected.

These guys are the best in the business, bar none. I have a 2003 Toyota 4Runner, and I only trust my baby to these guys. They stayed open late to fix the A/C on it, when they misquoted the price of the repair, they ate the difference. They just replaced the belts on the 4Runner and they were quick and reasonaibly priced. They are the best in Orlando, most likely the best in Florida and the only people I trust with my car. PERIOD

After living in Orlando for over a decade this has become my favorite repair shop. Brian and Frank definitely know what they are doing and their prices are hundreds less than any dealership. Great customer service and more importantly quality repairs that Ive never had issues with. They work well with both foreign and domestic as well as high performance cars.
