Lets face it, no one every wants to go the mechanic. However I was pretty lucky when my truck broke down just about 50 yards in front of this location on OBT. As it turned out I needed a new fuel pump. There was no way around it. So I thought here we go, this guy knows I am trapped and is going to put the screws to me. However it turned out I was wrong. They really tried to work with me and find a price point that was fair. As it turns out the were right in line with some of the lower prices I found online, as I was prepared to let them know what it should cost. But that wasnt necessary, once they told me how much it would be. Plus, my mechanic Oscar, was the man. He is a seasoned vet who had me out the door under the estimated time. Over all no wants to spend money on a mechanic, however it could have been so much worse if I had broken down anywhere else.

There prices are great dont get me wrong. Daniel and Steven are commendable. The "manager" jose is extremely rude and passive aggressive. When i tolld him where the key was to my wherel lock along with my how to PROPERLY take my tire off without ruining the red trim..he said IMPOSSIBLE! First off dont make your customer feel like they are wrong, LISTEN. Most importantly. Had he been nicer and aware he would have got the job done right and had a return customer. Because of JOSE i willl NOT be back!!!!!!!!!!

Today was our first time using your services at the S.Orange Blossom Trail in Orlando FL store and we must say we got treated like Family from the moment we called till the moment we got the keys back to our vehicle. I needed to replace my tires and this place had the lowest price and highest star rating from all the ones I looked at... On top of having the exact tires I wanted. I made an appointment a couple days ahead and my car was taken immediately after I arrived. Fast and great service. They even helped me fix something completely unrelated to the tire change free of charge.... and were kind enough to check my spare tire too. I will be recommending this place to people.

Amazingly fast service! I called and asked about tires I found online. I was quoted more than $100 more (for 4) on the phone but I was told they would honor the online price when I arrived.They began working on my car immediately when I arrived and the work was both quick and professional. Would recommend Action Gator Tire over any other tire shop in Orlando. What a deal! (P.S. Get Nitrogen in your tires. Youll never go back to air!)

Tells me he can fix the problem of changing my tires and wheel locks . But send me to my dealership. To only get charged am additional 250.00 for that. On top of the cost of tires. Only not to get my tires and wheel locks off.no bueno!. Will never go to them for a run around again
