Terrible looked up the business called got a price for a used tire when I got there he rolls out a tire with a nail in it and says " this ones forty its a good one" but we have to plug it. It takes forty minutes to figure out the tire is no good. Then without saying anything tries to switch tires I had to walk into the garage to ask to see the tire when Im told I have to back up by the grilled out guy who texts and laughs about something that has nothing to do with changing my tire mean while a guy comes and goes for an alignment..... Im getting one tire..????? Terrible customer service why work at a tire shop if you dont like changing tires. I just tell him to put my original tire on my car now and left with a bad shaking on the side where he put the tire. Stay far away pay the extra money its worth it. Dam I had to give a star to rate these rats.

I have to say. These guys work quick. After waiting for more than 15 minutes at Royal 1 Tires without being acknowledge for service, I decided to stop here to get my new tires onto my new wheels and transfer over some TPMS sensors from the old wheels to the new wheels. The moment I walked up to the shop I was greeted and asked what I could be helped with. I showed them the wheels and told them what needs to be done. He gave me a quote right away and told me it would be about an hour. I agreed and right then and there they got me in the shop and started work on my car. Within an hour they had all four wheels replaced, wiped down and made sure all tires were at the right pressure. The price was reasonable and they even offered me a drink while I waited and watched the great job these guys did. I would definitely return to them for tire services.

I was acknowledged the moment I stopped in. They didnt have the rim I brought in but pointed me in the direction I needed to get it. Brought back the rim, had the tire on and all set in 15, paid less than expected. Overall amazing experience and will be returning in the future.

These guys sold me a junk battery, i came back to get my money back and they said no refunds. The workers told me 3 times "come back to talk to the owner for your refund". The forth time i come back he said nobody offered me a refund and he wont do anything for me.

Our tire blew while driving. When we arrived, they immediately got started on our car. We were in and out in less than 20 minutes. The man was courteous, funny and fast. Id recommend this place to anyone with tire needs.

I wish I could rate a zero. The mfs sold me a bad battery and giving me the run around for a replacement. I wouldnt dare trust them ever work on my car or sell me anything else. They suck!
