They kept my Mercedes for 6 months and never did correctly diagnose the problem because Jerome doesnt even own a star system Mercedes computer! (He will tell u he does but its an old one, out of date) He lied to the bank about a $250 "deposit" I disputed after deciding not to let him do any more "work" on my car. He doesnt seem to realize that in the state of Florida you are not allowed to do any work on the car over $100 without getting the clients signature. He tried to cover his tracks by creating bogus paperwork after the fact and lying to the bank /visa. I may have to sue him for that and defrauding the bank. But i pulled all my $ out of PNC prior to this so the $ they gave him was their own, so I will save my time - STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!!! If you want a REAL certified Mercedes mechanic who has the right computer and knows what hes doing, go see Andre at Euro House in Sanford. Hes competent, honest, and QUICK.

Mercedes CL 500 - Main problem was ignored (ABS, TCM, ESP error codes,) while more minor issues like control arms stumped them for 5 months. ("We cant get tires off - lugnuts too tight") Tire Kingdom got wheels off in 10 minutes, no problem. But they wouldnt refund my $250 deposit for work they were "going to do" for the last 6 months. I had to dispute it. When I finally got the car back the key never worked right again and they never addressed the battery drain either.

There prices are way to high. They wanted $800 to change the motor mounts in my 2001 e430. I bought top quality motor mounts for $150 and changed them myself took 3 hours. They seem to know what there doing but I feel there prices are very dishonest.
