Really used to like this place. However, when we took our van in for a 4-wheel alignment this past Friday (because we had replaced the passenger wheel bearing, drivers side strut, drivers side sway bar, CV axle and tie rod end). My husband then went to pick it up and I then drove him back to work. Once I got in the car, I said to my husband to call them right back because the steering wheel was not straight and it pulled a bit. We literally called 15 minutes after he picked it up. I made an appointment for Monday at noon. The service person had the audacity to imply that we put the tie rod on AFTER they did the alignment because he didnt remember us having a new tie rod when he worked on it Friday and he has never seen an alignment go off by 1 degree that quickly. Then of course when I stated we had already changed it, he asked who did it and proceeded to tell me that the bolts were all loose and not tightened down. Really? Does he think we are that clueless. First off, who in their right mind would go to the trouble of replacing all of those parts, getting an alignment, and then after the alignment, changing the tie rod. Also, I called 15 minutes after we picked up the car. I should have just driven it right back. On top of that, shouldnt they have noticed when they did the alignment that the "bolts were all loose" (which I am certain they were not) since to make the steering wheel straight, you adjust each tie rod. I will never return to this place and warn everyone to stay away. Rude and dishonest.

Stay FAR FAR FAR AWAY................... Due to the day and time I neede to drop my car off, this was the only option. Told them I needed a new drivers side bearing, They called and said that I need both of them replaced, The other one was done 3 weeks prior, then he said I only had 10% left on my breaks, then they called back an hour later to see if i had the lug lock key. How can you tell me about my breaks before you take the wheels off? I told them to just do the one bearing, Took my car to my normal guys this past weekend to check everything that the told me I needed, The other bearing was good, and my breaks still had 70% left. My wife trying to take her car care upon herself didnt tell me she was taking her car there, they told her she needed new tie rods and it would be $375, I took her car to the dealership, they were right about the tie rod, but the dealer only charged $185. Then based on price, against my better judgement, I took one of my work truck there to get new tires, when I went to pick it up they told me that my truck being a 2011 was to new and they didnt have the centering cap to properly balance the tires, and that they would have the cap in in a couple of days, well here I am 3 weeks later, and still havent heard anything back.Three bad trips, with me only being directly involved in one, so it cant be just me. To sum it up Amateur mechanics, Pro Con Artists. If you want to over pay for less then good work, this is the place for you.

This was my favorite auto repair shop once upon a time. I felt that they were honest repairmen, always provided quality work at reasonable prices. I stopped in because I was having a clicking sound in my steering wheel. The mechanic advised me that he knew what the problem was and there were bulletins up on the issue. He told me that I needed sway bar links. I paid for the service and waited an hour. I drove off and still had the clicking issue. I went back in and told them that it wasnt fixed. He then told me that I should go to the dealer and it would be under warranty! I have never been so disappointed! I was under the impression that the clicking would be fixed. Turn out they fixed what they wanted to fix and not what needed repair and sent me on my way with the same issue!

We brought my husbands vehicle in twice, once to have them look at it & the second time to have it fixed. I told them on the phone when I set up the appointent & my husband told them when he dropped it off both times - we were having issues with it shaking when driving above 50 mph & thats ALL we wanted repaired. $500 later, we get the vehicle back & its still shaking! I call the next day & they tell me "Well, wed have to actually drive it to see whats going on. We just did a brake job on it because the brakes looked bad." What?! So apparently, rather than listening to the problems the customer is having, they just fix whatever they deem necessary. Never again would I take my vehicle to them.

Wanted to say Thank-You to Jesse and Ben ( Terry ) and the rest of the Mr. Tire team for the latest work that was done on my vehicle lately. After doing a check of my vehicle and determined what was needed this time, I was given the price. The service that was done was very good as Usual without any issues. Also Terry included maintenance that will be needed in future visits and in the order as what should be done. Of course I will be taking my car back soon to have the work done. Keep up the Great Service Jesse! Greg Pinkney ( long time customer)

Very dishonest tactics! First and last time I will ever come here. I called asked for estimate to get 19" tires installed I was a price. Then when I got there, I was told I need MAY need stems per tire (Way overpriced for stems compared to other stores). As I then agreed and dropped car off and before signed the dotted line, I asked the manager again to confirm the price. Then I trusted the manager and signed. When I came to pick up car, there was way more fees added to bill that he did not tell me about. Do yourself a favor and find another place!

Brought my car in to get my right passenger ball bearing fixed. Had the paper work to show them to fix that tire exactly. Come pick up my car and drive it home. Sounds even worse rhan before. Thays because they did the wrong tire!! Have no idea how someone could make that mistake. Didnt even get an apology until I asked for one. Tells you enough right there. Unbelievable and would never recommend this

Place is way over priced. Manager trains and executes at a fairly good level to speak well enough with solid product knowledge to motivate many people through basic fear to get things done on the vehicle. Not to say that is a bad sales method - but it is just that - get your money to his price point and cha ching cha ching - YOU just over paid. Shop around - you will see. Good Luck !

Customers are treated poorly . Management is rude and talk down to me. Diagnostics is terrible. Prices way too high. Workers are dishonest. Replaced a wrong bearing And damaged two other parts Do not keep appointments And made me come back 3 times. They have serviced my car for 0ver past 15 years and I was happy. Now with a new management I wold not ever go there again.
