I was stuck, one of my work vans was stranded in Akron and AAA would not tow me because they were too busy. I called four different towing companies in Akron and no one could help. I always remembered Canton Auto Repair because of their immaculate, well lettered vehicles. I called and was told they would be up from Canton within two hours. I did not even have to wait for the driver as you usually would with AAA. The van was severely overheating and needed a new radiator for sure. I decided to have them do the work because of how professionally they treated me. There was much more that needed to be done than just the radiator, oil cooler lines, serpentine belt and tensioner, etc. This is one of my service vehicles, so time is of the essence. They told me it would probably take two days to order the parts and do the work. The van was finished the very next day! I could not be happier with my experience. Took a 2002 Nissan mini van there to find a reason for a blown 10 amp fuse. 2 work days and $234.00 later they could not find problem but charged me for 3hrs of diagnostics and $10. for what I assume is a fuse. Then tried to get me to install 4 motor mounts and a head casket seal for $512.00 on top of the $234. Which I got nothing for except a 50 cents fuse. Took the van to 2 other people that checked it out in 30 minutes to tell me they could find nothing wrong. They will not be seeing me again they got me for my $234. for absolutely nothing and will not get me again. Buyers beware. This is the review I wrote. The owner has since contacted me and explained his side. This is someone who cares about you and your business. He has stated that he will make it right and I believe him. I apologize to him and his staff for jumping the gun. But the other thing about this Canton business owner is he sees it drom your side also. I will be giving them my next job.

Do not use Canton Auto Repair!!! Took car in to have heater checked out. When I went to pick up my car they held the keys until I paid a $75 diagnostic fee. They never told me there was a fee nor is it posted anywhere in their facility, and I did not sign any sort of authorization. These people (Shawn Cottle) are intentionally not informing their customers and then leaving them no other option but to pay the fee or involve the law. Be aware of these unscrupulous business practices.

For the second time in the last two years, our daughter, who is a student at Malone University has had car trouble. We live 5 hours away in PA and beyond talking her through the simplest things, there is little we can do to help. Canton Auto Repair has come to her rescue. They were able to diagnose her problem and fix it quickly, at a reasonable price on a Saturday. She said they were so helpful and friendly - thankful parents back her in PA!

This review is in response to amen alahofari,for one this guy is the crook not my company,he owns four seasons auto group at 1430 30th st ne canton and one of my customers brought in one of his vehicles they wanted to purchase,upon inspection the car was a pos and told my customer to not buy the car so how does that make me the crook,we only repair vehicles here,I was telling my customer honestly ,stay clear of four seasons auto group

I love canton auto repair! I have taken my vehicle here for multiple reasons, and everytime they do amazing work. Its always completed in a timely manner and I feel their prices are lower than what others would change. Especially being that I am a woman, a lot of places will try and take advantage of that and get more money out of you, not these guys. They are great. I wont take my car anywhere other than to canton auto repair.

Canton Auto Repair is an A+ establishment! Staff is friendly, polite and knowledgeable. I had routine maintenance done on my vehicle quickly and efficiently. I am very picky when it comes to my vehicles, Canton Auto Repair did a fantastic job and I would recommend them to anyone!!
