The ladies were all nice, but in the process of getting my hair lighter apparently I needed to color my roots as well as highlight my hair (unbenounced to me the time of). I came back in the next day after noticing my hair was beautifully blonde but my roots were jet black. It looked like the blonde had grown out for a month already on a style I got yesterday. The only reason Im posting a review is because they gave me a hard time at first as if it was my fault saying some people leave there roots a different color than their hair. Also there was a debate on if I had to pay to fix it or not. So on top of what I already paid they were going to charge me again!? Saying the stylist has to pay for the supplies if I dont. Thankfully I stayed patient and they fixed my hair but that was not a risk I will take again. Overall awkward and I hate to even push getting an attitude with people when clearly my hair was jacked up.

Unbelievable. They are supposed to be open from 9am. I was calling for 2hrs trying to make an appointment. No answer. I was driving by so i thought i would stop by and tell them their phone was not working. They had a sign on their door that they were doing inventory for another 30min. There were atleast three people in the store. They wouldnt even open the door for me to say hello. I just wanted to set an appointment. I would have even come back in 30 min just do a customer the courtesy of saying hello. I waited patiently for 5 min in front of the door while the morons inside thought that shuffling bottles is more important than customer service. I couldnt even leave a message. They had disconected their phone sustem. Really? Seriously? So upsetting. How can u do business with a company that has so little regard for customers?

Una Keratina muy mala calidad,muy poca cantidad en el pelo,no pusieron en la puntas q mas las necesitan.Me pasaron directamente la plancha sin hacer el blower primero y el resultado final mi pelo quemado.Le dije siento q suena cuando pasas la plancha porq sabia me estaban quemando el pelo.165 dolares botados y ahora tengo q pelarme.

Went to Sarah for root color, high and low lights. and a cut. My hair is light blonde.My roots plus 2 inches came out brown. Low lights were no where to be seen and high lights were also non existent. She tried to adjust the root color to no avail. Not only was my scalp burnt, and my hair broke off, but I had brown dye on my forehead that wouldnt come off for days. She assured me that when I came back for a cut in a few days the color would be beautiful. I went back for a refund and no cut. She didnt even remember me.Said she couldnt refund my money, DON"T GO. Did I mention shes a manager? Wish I could post a ZERO.

Sarah, the manager, is one of the few people Ive been to who can do a good job on my multi-textured natural hair. I usually find one good stylist in a city where I live and Sarah is the one near Aventura! Its easy to make an appointment, I rarely have to wait more than a few minutes if I have one, and the people are friendly. My grandson has a mixture of my hair and that of his Italian mother, and his parents always get him a cut from Sarah when they come to the States. Sarah remembers him and asks about him. They really butcher his hair in Italy!

Ive been here a couple of times for just a hair cut. The first time was about a week before my graduation in 2011. A Russian lady attended to me, she did a good job in cutting it the way I wanted. Then I went back a couple of months to even out my angular bob that started to look uneven because my hair was getting long. A Spanish lady attended to me that time. She evened out my hair just fine. Never had a problem with this place. My sister has also gone a couple of times in the past couple of years and she never had a complaint.

One of the worst haircuts I ever received I thought the barber Juan would know how to cut mens hair, apparently not. I told him clearly for scissors on the top of my head and he proceeded to cut about half of it off. When he was done he had chopped off most of my bangs. I spent $22 on a haircut for nothing ($17 + a $ tip) NEVER AGAIN! This place does not know how to cut mens hair and unless you have a barber there that your trust, I would never go back

I went from long hair to a short pixie cut and every time I have visited for my haircut I always go to whoever is available and I have never had a bad cut. They do a great job and I always leave with a smile. Every stylist I have used, and there have been plenty, have been super nice and they have always been quick about getting me service. I hear what the negative comments say, but I have had (repeatedly) a totally different experience.

All I needed was a simple hair cut and a blow dry. I left the place with a really bad hair cut (all wrong and much shorter than I wanted) and I bad blow dry. Unfortunatly I dont remenber the guys name, but he looked and acted like I drunk man. All he kept saying is that he needed a drink. So not professional! I never had such a bad job done on my hair... Sad!!!

Im so happy everytime when Teresa cut my hair, shes so professional and very helpful with new ideas all the time. I love her ! When shes not around I start panicking. I love this place is very convenient for me and all the other people the work in this place are very nice. Thank you Teresa for cutting my hair the way I like it every time.

I do not agree with all these negative commets. I enjoy thefeeling of being in there with a friendly feel all around. I always have had my hair cut by the manager and absolutely LOVE what he does. He always does a great job! I have brought my boyfriend, his mom, my dad, and my friends there and they all loved it

The best hair dresser Monica! She has been doing my hair for many years and now she cuts my husbands and two small kids (boys). She takes her time and is very perfessional. She is amazing with color and highlights! I am never disappointed with my results. Highly recommend Monica for color!!

Yeah. Read the reviews."Stylist" butchered her hair. They really are horrible. They were reluctant to cut her hair. If they didnt want to do it they should of denied service. I would happily go somewhere else. I wish I could post the pics they are horrible....

The manager Benji is THE BEST. he does a great job already for years on my color and cut. The sweetest and friendliest. Dont read the negative comments. They have both Spanish and English speaking stylist. Go there you wont be disappointed.
