All of my experiences with Regis over the years have been wonderful. I started going to the Regis in the Robinson Mall because of Paige. I had a request that might of made other hair stylists turn me away, which was getting my hair dyed bright purple. Paige is very nice and let me know what she was doing each step of the way which made me feel better since I am weary of bleach, but I had no other choice. Hair doesnt just lighten itself! My hair turned out absolutely stunning and I get complements on it everywhere I go. It is so wonderful to know that my hair can be anything I want it to be in the hands of a great stylist. Paige also is very good at making my hair silky and smooth once she is done with it and I love it. My hair has faded with washing but even so I still get complements on it! Thanks Paige!

HORRIBLE. I brought in a picture and said I want this, she gave me the complete opposite. Made my hair orange. Put highlights with awkward straight lines visible and not, both bad! I didnt ask for a hair cut but she gave me one with "long" layers that are very short and then charged me for it. Then she curled my hair to hide all the mistakes so I couldnt see them on my way out. Ive been to Regis probably about 5 times and have had a bad result 3 times now. At this point I am calling customer service to get a refund. And going to Ulta so they can fix the mistakes she made, I would never let them touch my hair again. For about an extra 50 bucks you can get your hair down by an actual stylist.

Absolute worst experience of my life. I was there for 4 hours - as they tried over and over again to correct their mistake. They stripped my hair of all its natural oils and destroyed my hair follicles. I cannot even get a brush through it to style it, and it is brittle and dry - like a broom. I am currently seeking a salon to repair the damage - if it can be repaired. Dont buy their sales pitch about how great they are and how long theyve been in business it all means nothing if your hair is destroyed. This is a horrible salon, and the products they use will ruin your hair. I would rate ZERO stars if I could!

I have always gone to Paige for a cut and color. Her style is brilliant! Have yet to ever be let down. Paige has by far exceeded my expectations with the skill she has, not only with coloring or cutting hair but by the eyebrows she has mastered as well. I would highly recommend her if youre looking for something new and fresh whether t be a classic look to very edgy. Thank you Paige for making me and the rest of the world beautiful with what you do!

I got an appointment last minute. I was recommended to Lizzy as another saloon messed up my color horribly. Lizzy color corrected my hair and made it the color I wanted in the first place. She is absolutely amazing. You can tell she loves what she does and she genuinely cares about making her guests happy. Amazing person and stylist. Recommend her for sure!

Paige Bess did my and my friends hair and she is amazing!! Also extremely versatile, I wanted an el vira/ bride of Frankenstein look and my friend wanted a nice womens professional haircut and she nailed both! Also my color came out perfectly. Would highly recommend her to anyone!
