I just went to the Hanes Mall Blvd Great Clips. Laura did my hair. She was rude as all get out. Jerking & pulling my hair. Barely putting forth any effort into completing what I asked for. She complained the entire time about my hair being thick & tangled-FYI it was her comb causing my hair to tangle and she sprayed loads of leave in conditioner into my hair making my clean hair look dirty. She was rude right down to the last minute barely even opening her mouth to respond. Ive been getting my hair done there for years. After todays experience I will not be going back there EVER again. Thanks Laura for ruining Great Clips for me.

Im a guy, I was getting my hair cut, but even with the directions that another hairdresser had written down on my notes, it was still left too short. I voiced what I wanted but I got pretty much just a buzz cut instead. Luckily, my hair grows fast, but I would rather go elsewhere to get it done right.

Great service here and the barbers/hairdressers do an amazing job. Great to stop by mid-morning or afternoon to beat the rush and use the online-checking so you can walk right in and sit down.
