I consider myself an expert at how customers should be treated at salons. My mother was a stylist and until she passed I didnt need to look elsewhere. This place is horrible! Was referred to Aspen Falls by Aveda. Found out they dont even stand behind the salon only allow them to use their name because Aspen Falls pays to. Aveda does nothing with complaints against a business. I frequented an Aveda salon in Wisconsin that was wonderful. This one has all looks but no class. First visit was for color touch up and cut. Stylist was more interested in talking about her boyfriend and checking her phone. She was new so I tried to ignore it. Realized she cut off more hair than asked for and also messed up my color (even though I gave her the formula used at my salon in Wisconsin. Four days later I called and complained. Jessica put me with a different stylist told me that shed correct it - said it would be a master stylist. She would fix cut and color at no charge. I asked if she was good at color because I wanted highlights too....asked how much they would be. Jessica said 80 to 100. "master" stylist said color & cut fix was a freebie - also would throw in an eyebrow tint. Told me highlights would cost 100. I showed her a picture of how I wanted my hair - same picture I showed the girl four days ago. When I left there were no highlights. Complained as I was paying and asked for a manger - not there. Jessica told me that they had policies that did not agree with how she handled me when complaining about first visit - it was only to keep from refunding my money for the nonexistent highlights. After several phone calls and not getting any return from owner - I filed a complaint with BBB. Save the headache, heartache and money - GO ELSEWHERE. This place is awful.

My friend told me this store. I called made appointment for hair cut. on their menu, hair cut price is $35 . My friend had hair cut by Ashley, I was asking for Ashley, the person take appointment said Ashley just a student , she recommended Karley for me, she said Karley has more experience. I have thick long hair. Total time including shampoo is 25 minutes done. When I pay in the front desk, the lady said, karleys hair cut is $75 . I felt I got totally rip off . Their was no anywhere you will find that price or they have should told me in front . Id never recommended to anyone, very disappointed.

I love Aspen Falls! Every year or so my best friend and I make the trip down from Orlando just to have a spa day at Aspen. We get the Rocky Mountain High - manicure, pedicure, massage and facial. The girls are always super nice and fun to talk to. I look great and feel amazing when I leave. After that we head to the beach or some really cool local tiki bars. By bestie and I call it "Best Day Ever" and try to go as often as we can. Totally beats strip mall type services by a mile!

Destroyed my wifes hair (its falling out and breaking after a coloring) for Valentines Day, absolutely unbelievable! The only things worse than the colorist are the manager and the owner who felt no responsibility to mak things right. If you feel like not only losing hundreds of dollars but also your hair than this is the place. Otherwise find a reputable, customer oriented salon and spa which is knowledgeable and cares about their work.

Terrible experience . My daughter used a gift certificate for a hair cut and ombre The hairdresser burned her eye brow with bleach. The ombre is poor, and the owner refused to listen. A representative from their corporate office was there and posted a positive fake review after a poor review. For Jupiter Florida, this is a very substandard at best salon in quality and service. Overpriced as well. Shameful.

Thank you to master stylist Brinley. Exceeded my expectations. Not only did she preform a haircut, she taught me life lessons for proper daily haircare. I never knew may hair was breaking due to tying it up while wet. She taught me that not all Aveda conditioner will work with my long, normal hair. Excellent service provided by the staff at Aspen Falls.

Mani/Pedi I received was ok, not anything great although I felt the place was clean which is worth a lot. Haircut, ok, nothing exceptional and don’t know what all this “Master stylist” stuff is but think it is given so higher charges can be made.

Great staff and relaxing atmosphere! Been getting massages here for years..the best! Staff is always accomodating and friendly even if I have to change an appointment. I always look forward to coming to Aspen Falls. It totally makes my day.

Went in for a facial ended up with a big scratch because she was so rough and broke the skin. I showed her and the other staff and no one seemed to care. I get facials and massages often but wont be coming back here.

I had a horrible experience. The owner and employees would not take responsibility for their errors, but instead blamed me! They are completely incompetent. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

My favorite salon ever!!!! I cant say enough how all my friends loved my hair! The cut, coloring and blowout was fantastic! Everyone is so friendly and caring - makes you feel right at home!
