DO NOT GO TO THIS HAIR SALON!!! This place is horrible. I called and asked them how much it would be to dye my hair and blow dryer with the wash and iron and over the phone I was told that to put color in my hair it would be 65$ and the blow dryer and shampoo etc. would be an additional 50$. When arriving I showed the male I talked to on the phone the color I wanted ( a brownish blond-ish color ) and he told me I could do that and that he would have to bleach my hair and that I should choose something else. I asked for the price and he kept going around the question.I asked again and he free balled a 170$-200$ Just for the bleaching and then dying it would be an additional fee. He then showed me some colors of hair and I picked a blonde brown color ( like the one I wanted ) and he said he couldnt do that because my hair was too dark but my hair is a dark brown with blonde at the tips. But anyways I ended up picking a wine red color( dramatic color change ) and while doing my hair he was very distracted not really paying attention to dying my hair. He missed a few spots behind my neck on the sides and my side burns are still brown. After the dying process which was incredibly cringe worthy, I was taken to wash my hair out where he tried to put a cream in my hair ( if I wouldnt of asked I would have been charged an additional 14$ that I wasnt going to pay ) and I asked him what it was and how much? He said it was for dry hair and that i need it and I said no its okay ( they werent squeezing one more cent out of me) After saying no he seemed aggravated at the fact I didnt pay for the cream that I didnt want in my hair. He took me to blow dry my hair and was ultimately very rough. He burned my ear with the dry dryer and brush and I told him so he would know like " hey your brush is burning me just to let you know " and he said that it was my fault cause my hair was dry. After the blow dry i asked when he ironed it if he could part it to the side and he said he can iron my hair because its dry. ( my hair is dry but not extremely dry it has softness in it, its mostly my tips and dont get home started on my tips he kept trying to convince me to get a hair cut -more like trying to force it on to me -) They pretty much scammed us out of 170$ no tip of course!!!

My favorite saloon in Miami by far. All professionals are very nice and really good. I am Brazilian so I am very picky when it comes to doing my nails. The only manicure I have come to like in Miami is Solander. I started going to french hair studio to do my nails with her and never stopped, she is the best. This year, I met Gad there as well, who cuts my hair and does A M A Z I N G blow dries. He is really nice, and is able to work fast and give you great results. I am always in love with my hair when I leave the saloon. Definitely recommend it.

Their management changed recently and all their hairstylists left. They havent been able to hire competent people after that. Today I showed the stylist a picture of the haircut that I had in mind - a bob hair cut. What she did to my hair had nothing to do with the picture. My hair is now really short and really ugly. Probably a haircut that you would get at the neighborhood barber shop. Not at an expensive salon in Brickell which is called " French Hair". Stay away from this place.

I have been going to this Salon since 2005. They had a different name but changed owners and assumed this name. Most of the hairstylists are French, hence the name. I havent had 1 bad haircut in over 11 yrs! It is a full service salon: hair, color, mani/pedi, waxing, facials. Everyone there is nice and professional. Highly recommend.

Au Secours!!! La coupe de ma fille est une catastrophe, la frange est comme celle de Spoke dans star treck et pour moi deux coups de tondeuse et cest fini. Horrible.

Same feeling as the others. The management changed unfortunately! Went for a mens haircut staid 5 min didnt care made my hair ex extremely thin, completely damaged them. They wont last long. I wish I could know were the previous haircuter called Sacha worked now. If anybody knows pls share.
