Horrible customer service. Huge line which is no problem this time of year, I greeted first woman with a smile and asked her to print papers I had emailed to their store email. As a former ups employee, I have completed this task with ease and timliness. At this store, Everything is a problem. They redirected me to each of the three employees working, none of Whig showed intrest in helping me. Finally I used the in store computer to do it myself. I waited 24 minutes, did everything myself in 1 minute, and was charged almost four dollars when a black and white copy is $.39. I will NEVER come back for ANY project, big or small. The ups store 1957 on hallandale treats you with respect and actually cares about your business. This store snipped remarks as I walked out. Yes, it is a franchise, so the owners need to have more respect their customers and live up to the ups standard. I am extremely disappointed and walked out steaming . Horrible experience.

Wanted to charge me double the standard rate for insurance as quoted on the UPS website. I called UPS to verify and they confirmed this location was quoting double the rate as well as inflating the handling charge 30% (extra $20 in markups on my $100 shipment). Manager also tried to overcharge me on shipping rate by $10 but I questioned it and he changed it. UPS says UPS store locations can charge whatever they want for addtl services but cannot change shipping and fuel surcharge rates. Go to a UPS customer service center instead so you dont pay outrageous markups, or find a retail store that marks up a reasonable 10% or lower. Manager also told me that insurance would not cover damage since I packed it myself (instead of paying them to pack it), which turns out not to be true per UPS.

I came to this location to ship a package quickly while on a break. The store only had 1 customer who was being assisted, however, there were 2 other employees who werent with customers. Noone bothered to look up or greet me when I entered, nor did the employees who werent busy offer assistance. After a few more customers entered, a couple who spoke Spanish entered and walked in front of everyone in line and was greeted and proceeded to be assisted before everyone else in line. This experience was extremely unprofessional and I dont believe anyone should be discrimated against for not speaking Spanish especially since we are in America and UPS is an American company. This behavior is truly unacceptable.

I dont know if its a coincidence or the store manager gather these elderlies to work intentionally. Every time I walk into this location and try to ship something, either I have to spend 20mins to ship ONE STUFF on the average even its MY TURN, or after waiting 10mins they will tell you something happened unexpectedly in the computer system and it would take another 5-20mins wait time or I have to come again on the other day. OMG thats a big problem with the efficiency and management. The ONLY reason that I give the ONE STAR is that these GRANDPARENTS are friendly, but way too slow in business!

This place is overpriced and the staff knows nothing about shipping or packing. For a place that has been arouind for 20 yrs they can pack underwear in a suitcase they destroyed 2 antiique items and they were paid to pack the items. They didnt use foam they didnt use bubble wrap. They didnt use anything.. No fragile stickers. No breakable stickers NOTHING.... i tried them once they screwed up the first time the 2nd time was the last straw after breaking a $500 chess board thats it.... THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE and can careless about your stuff...They already removed one of my reviews so beware

I live in Aventura and try to support small businesses like this one so, even i been there three times and all of them i had to wait and wait, I gave it another chance but they just cant care less for your business. They are always under staffed and the wait times are forever EVERY SINGLE TIME. they dont even acknowledge you standing there. I much rather to drive 10 minutes to the UPS STORE on Hallandale beach blvd where they run the business that caters to there customers. Unfortunately wont be going back to this store.

Cant believe the customer service. Made 2800 copies. Had to load all the paper. I was from out of town at the hospital with someone on life support. In a hurry and left without my laptop. Went back to get it and was told that I had to wait until the store opened. The manager was there I spoke with him face to face an he acknowledged that the laptop was there all kept saying we open at 8. This was 735. Made me wait until 8 then did all his little opening routine before giving me the laptop.

Terrible location in promenade shops of Aventura, very rude staff (what little of it they have). they are always under staffed and the wait times are forever, EVERY SINGLE TIME. they dont even acknowledge you standing there, Harriet or whatever her name is was horribly rude. they lose packages, owners dont care, theyll fight with you. no samples or knowledge of the printing stuff that they are selling. avoid this place at all costs! Never again.

They closed the doors at 6:58 p.m not 7:00 p.m today, and the customer rep came out and started arguing with me that I always come five minutes before they closed and to come tomorrow or sunday. I just left since it is not worth fighting over a ups store I have 3 others near my house, bad management since all bad reviews are with 30 days, definitively the owners need to watch who they hired, since this is a major world wide logistics company.

This store always has long lines and they do not make it a point to get your mail before serving everybody in line ahead of you. They should have one customer service rep dedicated to getting the mail for mailbox renters but they do not. Also be aware that they will sign court subpeanas without getting your ok before hand. I have rented from other UPS stores and they never sign anything for me without my permission. Customers Beware!!

If you are looking for a quick in and out drop off with receipt confirmation - this is NOT the place to go. Always a wait of about 30 minutes just for a simple drop off. The staff is nice but way too friendly. Can talk up a storm with customers for way too long when there is a line of people waiting. That is NOT excellent customer service.

The staff is always friendly. But I do have a problem with the long wait for what should be a quick transaction. A smile and a welcome to the store is nice but if youre standing in line for 25 minutes and theres only two people in front of you, theres an unadressed issue. Id say this store is "okay".

Terrible customer service! Whether you try to call them or go there in person - the service is just terrible. The owner doesnt even ask if you need help, she just stands there. You call them they put you in hold for 20 mins then hang up. Employees in the store are rude including the owner

The staff is friendly and efficient! They go above and beyond the call of duty to help the customer. They have a great Notary service too. I highly reccomend these people to everyone. Thank you for always being so helpful!
