I requested to hold my $350 bb cart at their office for security, and they did not call me when package arrived. I went to their location and took almost 20 minutes in line to be attended. When I received, it was opened on the bottom part, and the only think their employee said when I asked her why it was damaged " we didnt do it, just called 1800 fedex" . Now, after wasting my time fedex says I have to contact the shipper, because they cant do nothing about it¡ By the way, my daughter will be born at any time soon, and in FL you cant take your bb out of the hospital if you dont have your cart. Thanks for nothing Fedex¡

BEST EXPERIENCE IN A FEDEX STORE I EVER HAD. I HAD THE PLEASURE OF WORKING WITH THE MOST KNOWLEDGEABLE, PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATE. HER NAME WAS SHANELL SHE HELPED ME WITH MY RESUME AND WAS VERY PATIENT AND KIND SHE NEEDS TO BE A MANGER OF THAT LOCATION EVERY TIME I SPEND MONEY AT THIS LOCATION I NEVER REGRET IT. I HOPE FEDEX DOSE THE RIGHT THING AND GIVES SHANELL HER OWN STORE IF I COULD GIVE HER 5 STARS I WOULD. SHE IS WAY BETTER THEN THAT BALD MANGER WITH THE TATTOOS FIRE HIM. My package for my business that Ive dropped off on Saturday is officially a ghost package. Have been trying to get some insight into this all day, but havent been able to get this resolved yet. Update: After being transferred to the location someone on the fed ex team named Ricardo was able to help me out. He said hed call back in an hour and did follow up with me. The tracking number was changed without my knowledge from the air bill and I wasnt told about this at the time of transaction. Overall a good experience but docking two stars from the run around fed ex gave me

Horrible place ever, full of discrimination of white people. The girl who worked 11.14.2015 not a professional in the business. All employees in a relaxed state. Despite the fact that there was a long queue, not going to work fast. Every day I send 10 parcels, I know which boxes can be used and which are not. Start me say that my parcel does not take, so I need to buy a box from FedEx and spent the money. Terrible place, not professionals, working as slowly as sleepy flies

I go to this FedEx often, and it really is great. I have to especially say that the manager (at least I think he is), the gentleman with the glasses, is the best. Extremely professional, attentive, efficient, and helpful. He speaks several languages I believe, and he always knows whats going on in his store. The employees are also curteous and helpful!

The worst place to get anything printed. The younger black lady working there on March 21st @1:00pn is as in professional as a 5 yr old (Shanell). I will never visit this place again. If not in time sensitive situation I would have gone elsewhere. Its a disgrace to the fed ex name that I used to use for all my print and shipping needs.

Rude Rude Rude - Dont even bother calling and speaking to a representative- I just did and she sounds like Im bothering her. And we have a corporate account with FedEx. WOW Horrible Customer Service over the phone I imagine is worse in person.
