I had a passport picture taken and the picture was totally unacceptable. The lady took about six pictures and selected one then proceeded to turn up the red and yellow tint on the picture. When I told her it was terrible she offered to take another photo. I declined, paid for the photo and took the photo to a professional who took one look and told me UPS should not be taking passport photos because it was completely unacceptable and would be declined. I took the photo back for a refund and was charged a second time. When I took a look at the second receipt I had to call the store and now I am awaiting the receipt for the double credit. I am convinced the lady who took the passport photo did it deliberately and I am convinced that the people who work at this location are clueless.

I sent an important package to a friend in charleston sc . When my friend went to pick it up he had his receipt and his ID. Brock Douglas said that he needed to have a matching address on his ID or a utlility bill to pick it up and with no hesitation took the package out of the system and filed it out for return. Brock also mentioned that your store was not affiliated with UPS and was extremely rude. I actually had to call your store to get the right info so my friend could come back and get the package. The girl on the phone interupted me several times but I managed to get the right info from her. I paid extra for the convenience of your service ... all around bad customer service and hardest time sending a package to a friend who I have been sending packages to for 10 years.

I went into this store today to return some AT&T equipment. Apparently, AT&T has a contract with UPS to handle their U-Verse products when someone cancels their service (as I have). Anyway, I was met by a lady named Logan who was rude, condescending, and treated me like I was a huge annoyance to her. She made it very obvious that she wasnt interested in helping me, and was probably having a bad day. I know the UPS Store doesnt make any money from me on this transaction, but it is no reason why one of the employees has to take a big, steaming dump on me when I walk in there. I would recommend going to any other UPS Store other than this one, if you have to use their services.

I use this store for work as well as personal mail and the employees are great. All the people are friendly and go out of their way to help you. I originally got this mailbox when I moved to Folly Beach for a year because they do not have mailboxes. I havent lived there in two years and I have decided to keep the PO Box (which actually has a real address so no one knows its a PO BOX. They have overnight pick-up if you need it, and I have all my large parcels sent here because it does not matter when they arrive or whether I am at home. That is extremely convenient and makes me feel safer that no one is the wiser.

Excellent service and staff all around!!! I recently went there to have some items shipped overnight. Ultimately, there was a mishap by the USPS in delivering the items to the recipient on time. So, I called the UPS store to inquire about whether or not they could remedy the situation, and they were more than helpful in doing so! They listened to my concerns, reacted very quickly, and went above and beyond to make things right. OMG!!! What a GREAT UPS Store! Best service I have ever experienced in a UPS store and I am 52 years old!!! John Krebser was The best...FULL SERVICE...AND SO KIND...AND.... Super Fun , Full of Smiles and so Helpful!!!! This was the Best help and I needed Help when I came in!!! All Workers behind counter were ALL so very friendly and ALL had smiles on their faces and all had nothing but kind words to say as well!!!

I cant express how much I count on my UPS store for packing shipping and printing. Not only is everyone in the store kind and helpful, they go above and beyond! I am a full time wheelchair user and they are always quick to help me at the door, racist in the store or even meet me my van to grab a package to save me time and energy. I highly recommend the James Island UPS store!

I am happy with my local UPS store and staff. I have a mailbox there and send packages back to corporate regularly. The staff is helpfull and contrary to James Island Eric who is an impatient, arrogant, and loud mouth yankee that probably attempted to use his old spice charm to hit on the staff and was summarily rejected, I find Logan and the staff helpfull.

The customized service provided was stellar with regard to our needs for a challenging print job. Through the help of their graphic designer, we were able to achieve great results from a duplication for framing art. In the process of picking up, we also learned about additional services they offer outside of what you think. Just ask! Great job guys!

I dont go to anyone else when there is a UPS store available. I can get all of my office work completed here, copies made, or bring in my USB and get copies made from that, there is a notary available, etc. For the best service, visit a UPS store instead of the "other" stores!

Ive had a mailbox at this store for about ten years and throughout that period I have always had a wonderful experience dealing with my mail, mailing packages, etc. with all of the employees - prompt, efficient, professional and cheerful.
