I have been handicapped for years and never go out. This is not the first time I have had dealings with FEDEX that are unacceptable............I got flowers today, watched the truck pull in and drive away in under a min. I also never heard the front door click as if someone had let them in the building.......Thank goodness shortly after he drove away my grandson came to visit me today.....and outside there were my flowers........I was home but they never tried to get into the building or come to my apt. but then they leave a remark like left package at the door...when it was really left outside.........I have called, written and complained and it continues to happen..........Anyone that sends me anything I keep telling them now to use UPS for better service. I also contacted the Pro Flowers and told them how they handle the packages. Anyone could have walked away with my flowers today and flowers cost enough for that NOT to happen.........It also has happened with jewerly from JC Pennys , and several times from Childrens Warehouse.........Maybe this is another reason that shipping is so high and prices in the store.......Since they are lost and stolen because FED EX cant deliver properly...........It clearly said my apt on the box......and Im sitting right here as always..........so there is no reason at all for this continued type of service...... I hope this make others too use UPS for great service.............

FedEx is hands down the best carrier option as far as service. I dont understand WHAT in the world these other reviews are talking about. I have had nothing but problems with UPS. Problem after problem after problem. And Ive had nothing but good experience with FedEx. Only FedEx will let you get your package THE DAY it gets into your city, even if its early (UPS will keep it for days IN YOUR CITY before finally delivering it. Its so close, yet you cant touch it). IE: I have a package right now thats coming in and if it gets here before their facility closes, I will probably be able to go pick it up tonight even though its scheduled for delivery tomorrow. Oh, but Im not just talking about going to the facility to get your package, Im talking about actually DELIVERY too. Thats right, if your package comes into town 2 days early, you will GET it 1-2 days early. IE: I ordered from Motorola (who very WISELY uses FedEx instead of UPS) and my package was supposed to come Monday...10 am on the previous Friday morning, oh look, my package! UPS would have held it over the weekend JUST to deliver it on the exact day it is set for delivery.

DHL has better service than these guys. This is the 3rd time their driver has did a silent roll by. the driver will stop at the house, walk to the steps and put a door tag not even on the door, they just left it on the ground and rolled on. I know this because i was outside talking to my neighbor and when i saw this unprofessional "driver" do this i started yelling to get his attention because i was waiting on my package that i paid extra for overnight delivery. the driver looked right at us and bolted as soon as his door closed. when i call their office to get him turned around they tell me i have to wait 7 hours to drive all the way to roanoke to pick up my package that the driver never even took out of the van for.

A FedEx truck almost ran into me earlier today. I was on a primary road turning into hurshburger and she was one a secondary road and took a ride while I was turning towards here, if that makes any sense. Basically, I had the right away. Also she was on her phone not paying attention. Nice work fedex, Ive never heard anything good from you guys. From the "shipping," or what most people call it, "throwing stuff like it doesnt matter," to the prices, to the driving, you guys are just awful. Im surprised youre still in business..

Fed Ex is the worst home delivery service out there. The driver that serves our area has the worst attitude I have ever encountered. Our packages are left at the end of the drive way which is over 100 yds from the road, I have watched him throw our packages from the van either on the ground in the drive way or into the back of my pickup or leaves them in the drive way unprotected in the rain. When we call to complain the service just gets worse. I now dont shop with any vendor that uses FedEx.

Fast, usually friendly service. This is the main actual FedEx location in town. There is a Kinkos FedEx at Towers mall, but lines are long there, Id only go there if I preprinted a label so I could skip the line when dropping off. This location also ensures you are dropping it off at the source. There is also an after hours drop box out front. There are also drop boxes all over town you can search for online that may be closer to your location, they fit small to medium rectangular boxes.

Horrible experience. I will never let anyone ship to me via Fed Ex again. This used to be a good company. The staff from Roanoke do not give the impression that they care about the people on the receiving end of deliveries. UPS, DHL, and the US Post Office understand customer service. Fed Ex has unsatisfactory customer service phone representatives.

Fast and friendly. A little hard to find but after using Google maps we had no trouble finding the location. The staff was very helpful and they even package my laptop for shipping at the store. They have shipping boxes of all sizes and tape to secure my box.will use them again.less than 5 min to box and ship.

Nothing good can be said. This is the 5th time I have to call and get them to retrieve packages they left at the wrong place. It is supposed to go SE (clearly stated in the address portion of the package) and they deliver to SW. Awful.
