Use as last resort!! Took an item which they severely overpack and wanted $200 to ship. I said no and charged me $58 for packing!! Took it home repacked it into one of the two boxes of the two box structure that she had built and shipped it with a different store for $51. Now I have tons of extra packing material in the second large box that i would have had to ship. Big waste!! Make sure you understand their rates up front.

The staff is great and they can do it all, from shipping to printing. I buy a lot of stuff online so I got a mailbox here. The best part is that it is a street address, not a P.O. Box! I even get an email when I get a package or mail. Now I dont have to worry about boxes sitting on my front porch when I get home.

Really nice staff, especially Lisa. I came into the store completely unprepared and she was able to help me, as well as every other person who walked through the door in a timely fashion. They were busy tonight but handled themselves really well. 5/5. Would recommend to a friend :)

Every time I go here there is a problem from not opening on time, workers saying that the owner is the only person to work a certain machine and to come back when he is there. Place is a joke.
