This is a wonderful business! I was having a packaged delivered that was supposed to go to a UPS store in Aspinwall. It was signed for a another location in Gibsonia. We looked at 3 different locations and no one had the package. The owner of this store went out of his way on his own to the local businesses and found my package at the Home Depot. His store had no responsibility in ensuring I got my package, he just wanted to help. That is absolutely GREAT customer service. Take your business here- not the location by Atrias. They were 0 help and said even though they signed for it- they were not held accountable. The Shipping Depot is AWESOME!

This is by far the best place for shipping in the area. I had very important time sensitive documents to ship. The man stood with me for 20 minutes giving me pricing options and telling me how I could ship the safest way. He double and triple checked everything and took the time to put me at ease. This is the best place to go for shipping, copying, notary services. I am so impressed with their customer service and think that they are wonderful. Even though they are a smaller store they also have reasonable prices. I wont go anywhere else for my shipping needs - they truly know how to take care of their customers.

A GREAT alternative to the USPS! Their customer service is impeccable and shipping anything anywhere is painless and stress free. I cant say enough good things about this business. They are such an asset to our community. The hours are more convenient than the post offices and they are far more customer oriented, dedicated to meeting the needs of their growing clientele.

Exceptionally friendly service. Had a 2 yr. old in tow and they saw that I needed help with an awkward package from their store and came out to do so without being asked - TWICE! Cant say enough about their knowledge when it comes to figuring out the cheapest way to ship something. Gotta Luvem!!!
