I ordered something for my mother and had it shipped directly to her. The merchant shipped it out immediately which was awesome! Unfortunately, FedEx in my moms area is apparently an incredible joke! She was home, her front door was open. Her dog started barking when he heard the FedEx truck. She looked out the window, only to see the delivery driver walk up to her porch, throw her package onto her porch and hurry back to his truck and drive off! Her package was fragile! Luckily it was not broken but come on! The front door was open! She has a doorbell! Walk up to the door and ring the bell...especially if there is a storm door and an inner door and the inner door is open! I told her to call the facility and complain also! If I could post this review and not give a star or only a half a star...I would...but it makes me give at least one star!

Nothing good to say about this facility. I had a package delivered about a week ago and the delivery man left it on my porch without knocking and it was in the rain for God knows how long. There was water pouring out from the bottom of the package with wooden doll house prices inside. Thank God the original factory had everything wrapped good enough that it wasnt ruined. I also was supposed to get another package and the tracking number said it was delivered Saturday when it wasnt on my porch or around anywhere. I called customer service and it left my questions unanswered. Dont waste your money because your package may never get delivered. The workers are lazy and customer service isnt any better.

I had package delivered yesterday and left a note because we were not home. Paper said it would reattempt to deliver it the next day on Saturday. Then at 1:30 today, I checked tracking it says it has the incorrect address! What?! You found the address yesterday but you cant find it today!! Now I have to wait till Tuesday when they open for them to try and get it right. Not only this but have a second package from the same place delivering today. Tracking says on truck enroute to deliver today. Estimated delivery date...today, Saturday. Then when i checked at 1:30 it says its on truck to deliver but wont be delivered until Tuesday. Get it together people!

Lazy drivers. I always have nothing but issues with fed ex from this facility. When I call for answers no one has any. Ive been waiting on a package that went out for delivery Saturday. Never came. Never came Monday either, said later delivery date was requested, I certainly didnt request that. So then it was to be delivered Tuesday, never came again. Tracking said delivery wasnt attempted due to local weather. It was 52 and sunny. These drivers are lazy and this facility is a joke! Unfortunately, when purchasing online I do not have the option to pick a delivery company! Get your heads out of your ass and do your job!!

This company is nothing but a headache!!! My wife an I mostly use UPS but the 5 or 6 times we have used Fed Ex has been a terrible experience. Every single time our package is delivered to the wrong address. The most recent one was delivered to the wrong address an required a signature, the driver dropped the package off with no signature an we never received it. We called FedEx an now they have no idea where it has been delivered too. FedEx has terrible policies an customer service is no help.

I sat and waited on a package to arrive from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. I even called to get an estimated time because this package was to be delivered to our business while we were closed. I rechecked the tracking number to see if by some chance it had a time and it said they were already here. So I called again to figure out why I didnt get this package and why they didnt even leave a door tag if they were here. They said they would try again tomorrow, so I get to sit at work all day again on a day off.

Owning a business and promising a customer that the product they are waiting for will arrive on one day... then it ships fedex and the tracking says out for delivery but the product isnt even attempted to be delivered.... This goes on for 3 days!!! as the owner of the business Iam pissed and my customer is upset. Fedex is a total joke

I have had a few good fedex workers from this facility deliver to my address. However, I experience more headaches with this company and their lazy workers than a little bit! If you are given the choice between shipping carriers and you live in the vicinity of the Franklin office, dont ship FedEx!

I had a package coming to day and the driver didnt have time to deliver it so he put that we. Requested it for tomorrow ahd we didnt and that not all butt if you want your stuff go UPS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
