VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE..RUDE EMPLOYEES. Please avoid this place if you want to remain sane. I went there for a one page fax. FIrst, the lady with curly hair faxed it to the wrong number. After telling the lady about her mistake.. she shouts at me and says will not apologize cause she did nothing wrong and next time she will not help me. She told me that my handwriting is like that ..the 4 looks like a 6 and that she did nothing wrong. I told her politely that it did not look like a 6 and hence she shouted back at me and said that I accused her of being a LIAR...very obnoxious lady. How do they keep such employees !!!!! Did not expect that from a reputed company like FedEx. Very SAD to see the level of people they hire is so bad and have no manners at all on how to treat the customer especially when they made a mistake..rather than admitting to her mistake ..she blames the customer and their handwriting...WOW ...what a rude shock !!! Spent money and got abused for something that is not my fault...AVOID THIS PLACE if possible....

Very poor customer service. A package was to be delivered and signed for. The driver "attempted" to deliver but left a door tag instead. I guess walking by the two cars in the driveway wasnt enough of a clue that we were home awaiting a time sensitive package we needed that day. I called about the tag immediately, requesting for a re-attempt, the "best" they could do was a meet up about a half-hour away. No thank you. And because this was to be delivered on a Saturday, the next day for delivery is Monday, two more days later. Our time sensitive package with 2 day delivery turned into 4 days. The worst part of all of this is trying to talk to the FedEx employees, including the manager, explaining the situation, and they offer no help or apology for errors on their end. One would think if there is a high priority on a package to be delivered quickly, and signed for, then it might be important. And maybe they should try a little more to make sure that package is delivered. I guess not for this FedEx.

FedEx lost my package which their website is stating is at the Cranberry facility ready for delivery. This was over a month ago and I still dont have my package after several calls to FedEx. Two weeks ago I put in a claim and called today to find out the results of the claim only to be told the claim has been denied, reason being that "no signature was required". There was no attempt to even deliver the package so how could that be a reason for denial. Anyway, Im sure that at least 75% or more of FedExs business does not require a signature. They dump packages on the porch all the time without a signature. They are blaming this on the shipper who paid them to deliver it without a signature. I guess no signature, no delivery. Gotta love that they can absolve FedEx of any blame.

Bad customer service!!! delivered package christmas eve and tied package to post along road... TOO LAZY to drive up to house like all the other drivers do. DO YOUR FREAKIN JOB PEOPLE!!!!!
