If I could give this place a half a star I would , literally the worst place I ever worked for. One your hours are not set in place they change everyday , people are constantly yelling and cursing at you and talk to you in the most unprofessional manner. I worked here for a week, my second week on the job I caught the flu and had a high temp of 102% I was a loader and since Ive only been working for a week I didnt want to miss work so I decided to go in. Now ups is a very fast work environment and the trailers youre in can get extremly hot. I was working as hard as I could for 3 1/2 hours straight and almost passed out and hit my head because of how sick I was, I proceded to tell my boss what was going on and he told me to shut my damn mouth and do my job and if I cant do it today then im fired and this isnt the place for me, I proceded to tell him he will not talk to me in this manor and he said he will talk to me how the hell he wants to I said no you will not he then said give me your badge youre fired I said fine have a nice day. This place will make you feel angry, unappreciated, defeated, and hopeless. DO NOT WORK HERE!!! They hardly pay you for the back breaking work you do and treat your horribly.

UPS is crap. Still waiting on a package that they are telling me is there but it isnt! Not only that but the package came from California the week before Christmas and then a few days later said it arrived in NC then 2 days after that says it Departed California!! Now 3 weeks later it says its in NC again but the people at the 1-800 number hung up on me when I tried to call and confirm before going out there AGAIN to try and get my package! I would give no stars if I could!

Horrible. Went to ship 2 packages and the women there refused to help and were uncooperative to the point of making snide comments about not knowing how to use the shipping labels/computer. I went online with UPS and their suggestion was that after driving 50 miles round trip to Greensboro I should then try their location in Chapel Hill, which would be another 60 miles round-trip in the opposite direction. FEDEX and the USPS will get my business now!

I began calling a out my package at 5pm today 9-30-16. Package was suppose to have been delivered today at 3:15 pm. When I called at 5 some foreigner said package was on the truck and would arrive by 7pm. 7:20 pm no package. Called back another damn foreigner states its 4:20 pm you have 3 more hours your package is on the truck. BS!!! Stir no package at 7:52 pm. Im calling credit card company and canceling payment. UPS HAS A BUNCH OF ASSES

I paid extra to have a simple package delivered on time and Im told its just sitting in Greensboro for 10 hours plus now and no new data is available on when its going to be delivered. UPS is terrible. I wont ever use them again to trust to have a package delivered ON TIME!!

cant even deliver a freaking package right. if i could i would give 0 stars and they sent my package to the wrong address despite my seller gave them the right one. Such filthy,nasty and unprofessional area. FED EX IS THE RIGHT CHOICE FORGET ABOUT THIS PIECE OF SHET !

Ups is no good because i needed some papers for today and they charge my family in Mexico for express delivery .. and never show up and it says that they came and they didnt cause I was home all they waiting for them paper .. they dont do what they promise

The problem with UPS is that if you have critical date delivery on a weekend, forget it. FedEx on the other hand is open M-Sat and takes drops. This helps my business. UPS does not help my business. The UPS Stores are a joke compared to FedEx Office.

Childs carseat scheduled to be delivered today by 8pm, never showed up. Really needed this item today. :( Tracking info shows its been in Greensboro since 6 a.m. this morning. We have to leave for a trip without it. NOT happy.

Ups are bunch of liars. I order a slrd for my son, they never deliver it neither did they let me pick it up. I have to wait 3 days before icannpick it up, by then im sure snow will melt. Bravo ups.

Terrible service, had correct address and kept stating that it was incorrect when tracking. No direct number for customers to contact center. Always an issue with delivery.

Twice Ive had delivery drivers from this location leave attempted delivery notes on my door while I was at home and they never knocked or rang the doorbell.
