I have this location as my UPS Access Point being that my residence is an apartment complex with secured doors. I have to UPS app on all my mobile devices to receive notifications when a package has arrived to the location and has been signed for and has usually worked well until this week. Through the UPS mobile app my package had arrived on the morning of 12/20 and was signed for by personnel at the location. I arrive to pick up package but was told the package was not there. I leave the store to return to my vehicle as call the 800 number to try to verify the package was indeed delivered. After a quick friendly call with the 800 number representative it was confirmed the package was there. I went back inside the store to once again receive the shipment only to be told again that it wasnt there. Explaining that I received the notification that it was delivered and signed for and I just spoke with a UPS customer service agent I was told "Were not UPS were just an independent agent , call tomorrow to check." So, I call the next day as I got a notification that shipment was again at the location at 10:10am signed for by the same individual and was told again "its not here call back." On my THIRD attempt to retrieve my package from this location I call again late evening and was helped by a gentleman over the phone. It went from everything from "Was it supposed to come here?" "Am I sure Im the name on to receive it" All this without the tracking ID until I offered it then Oh, yeah it was signed for!" While the guy is looking for it the woman who I spoke to earlier in the day abruptly comes on the phone and ask for my name and I give it to her and she immediately goes into "You called earlier, Its not here!!!!!" Then after this two day ordeal he finds it and she yells "Oh its here!!!!!!!!!!!" Then as quickly as was told it wasnt there she says "Theres a 3 dollar charge!!!!""" I dont even care at this point, just give me my darn delivery!!!!! I know this is kind of lengthy and most of my experiences have been good. The review wont post without a star but this ordeal rates 0 STARS!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dont ship with UPS. The customer service is wretched and they will rip you off. I paid to have a package shipped and was only told "there were three delivery attempts." There was never an offer to have the package sent to a nearby store or center for the recipient to pick it up on her own and UPS cant even be bothered to properly try to get into secure buildings. I paid over $200 to have a package returned me instead of delivered. Then I received a runaround where everybody I tried to talk to passed the buck to somebody else. Customer service says talk to the store; the store says customer service who then sends me back to the store. I was not made aware of any options in handling the package. Had I known this was going to happen Id have used some other company. I was told "no refunds." I am very displeased and am not using UPS again.

This is the WORST UPS in Allegheny county. Fingerprinting is a NIGHTMARE, dont waste your time. Just go somewhere else! They close earlier than whats made public, they let you wait then tell you they are done for the day, they decide to stop taking walk-ins some months and make it appointment only without any warning. Basically, if you work a full-time job the hours are impossible and if you take time off to go, you might not get it done. The customer service is ridiculously horrible. Same staff treats people like crap, like they should know everything. They do a great job turning away customers and making them feel worthless.

This location is often busy when I come in to do package drop offs. The line is not divided based on who needs fingerprinting and notary services and who needs package services. This is badly needed. Today, I commented on how understaffed it seemed and the man behind the counter got very frustrated and rude with me. I told him I understood, as a retail manager, and Id like to write a letter to the ownership or management to let them know Saturday afternoons clearly need more staffing. Its a shame that cutting corners is affecting their service because the weekday behind the counter staff are very helpful and professional.

Fingerprinting truly is worse than visiting the DMV. If you are submitting fingerprints be ready for a line that goes through the door and bring your camping equipment. The hours these services are offered are worse than bank hours and the demand for the service is NOT met by these facilities.

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service! I went there to drop off a package to be shipped and they wouldnt even take it! The owner is a complete waste of flesh and shouldnt even be in the customer service business!

Ive had the nicest people wait on me. I have inky dropped things off but they are always helpful! Filling out a list claim tommorro so lets see if that changes.

DHL lists this as a drop-off location, but it isnt. This store needs to have themselves removed from DHLs drop-off map to avoid confusion.
