Terrible store horrible customer service was in last week. i buried my dog that morning and walked into the ups store I must have looked upset the clerk not even helping me immediately started asking what was wrong when I replied nothing not caring to rehash my morning she became very hostile calling me names under her breath when I asked her what she said she said she was talking about something else. Then she told me I could go to USPS if I didnt like it. I was shocked I left. I called the store back and asked for the manager to contact me as soon as he was in. They must have forgotten to tell him Im still waiting for that phone call. Terrible customer service I sent the same item for much cheaper via USPS. Horrible store!

They gave a written quote of $40 for a holiday item we were shipping. However, 2 days later they refused to honor it and charged $120. I will only ship with FedEx from now on.
