I wish I could give this Hub 0 stars. Let me start out by saying I am having the EXACT same problems as the other two people listed here are having. UPS continually says my address is incorrect, when in fact it is correct, and the "customer service" is absolutely NON-EXISTENT at this location. I have had approximately 20 deliveries that have been "undeliverable" because of the incompetence of the drivers and management at this location. I have had to go to the Hub at 9 p.m. (sometimes later) because I needed the package and that was the ONLY way the supervisors told me I could receive the package, otherwise I would have to wait until the following Monday (this was on Friday every time). I call management at the Hub and get treated poorly and screamed at. The "supervisor" (I use the term loosely) Geneva was belligerent this morning when I called (once again) to track down why my packages were not being delivered! When asked her name she yells "Would you like me to spell that out for you." I am a highly educated individual and REFUSE to be treated like a child because of someone elses incompetence. When she finished throwing her fit, she looked at the tracking information and could not decipher why the driver did not deliver the package either. She calls the driver, and decides she will give him my number so we can "hash it out." What a group of overpaid, highly incompetent morons. I have filed a Better Business Bureau complaint and I am in the process of writing corporate a letter. I will no longer tolerate paying for services and being treated badly when I expect to receive those services!

0 Stars. Worst and most unreliable UPS facility I have ever used. Totally unreliable. The last 3 packages I ordered from Amazon never arrived and in one case was falsely signed for by someone not me and I live alone so no one at my home could have done it. The drivers often do not leave notices of delivery attempts and 2 times in a row, the driver said they left my packages at the apartment complex office when in fact they didnt. When I used to get health care products through UPS and I had to pick it up at Fay St. here in Durham, I would often wait a long time while they tried to locate my package because it was put in the wrong place. Abysmal, wretched, deplorable "service" and I have been forced to use UPS for over 30 years. UPS service overall is terrible and I highly recommend everyone to use FedEx, DHL, or even the USPS !!! I know from ,many years of hard experience and headaches with UPS.

I dont know which is worse around here. Home depots online shopping or UPS incompetence. Home depot slightly messed up my address so UPS totally changed it in their system. I called UPS because I saw home depot had messed up and one of my packages was mailed to an old address and the freaking driver even let someone else sign for my package! Someone I dont even know. Supposedly the first customer service person fixed my address, but twice now the driver has tried to deliver my package to my neighbor downstairs even though both my neighbor and myself have told UPS that I live right upstairs. I finally said screw it and told UPS to just hold it at their warehouse and Id come pick it up before they try to deliver it a 3rd time to my neighbor downstairs. How many times do you have to mess up and be told every time that you messed up before you get it right!?

Absolute terrible customer service at this location. Have been using UPS as our main shipping carrier for 15 years. The small independent locations have great customer service but this location on Fay St makes me consider choosing another carrier for our deliveries. They act as if they are not allowed to give you any information regarding the correct way to fill out the shipping slips or answer and basic questions. If the forms are filled out wrong they do not want to be responsible for what happens, therefore they just refuse to help you. I was told "I cant tell you what to do." They are hired by UPS and should be trained to give the right advice and customer support to get these packages delivered correctly. I will never return to this location and advise every other customer to beware. 0 Stars!!!!

TERRIBLE SERVICE! I am on the verge of telling vendors that if they cant find another way to ship other than UPS, I will not buy from them. Several times the delivery driver has made no attempt to deliver. Today he stuck a form on my mail box that said "dog". Nothing was checked about options for re-delivery. There is plenty of room for him to drive to the front of the house and then, if the dog is out, he could honk and we would come get the package. The previous driver never had a problem, this one hasnt been able to make a delivery. When Ive had to go to the Fay street location, Ive been met with extreme rudeness.

Terrible. First, I got email notifications that I had to be at home for a 3 hour window for delivery, because the item required signature. Then they did not come, but came an hour after the window they set. This happened the next day too. We are now on the third day. I have called the phone number, gotten routed to Guatemala 4 times, and have been told that there are NO local phone numbers for UPS, there is no way to check on the likely actual arrival, etc. What has happened to UPS?? This lack of customer service and accountability makes the cable companies look viable. USE Fed Ex or Post Office.

I have the same issue with the Durham NC Center. Every time I have a package sent to my home, they claim that the address is not correct, and change the information to something totally different. If it was not for the fact that I track my packages daily, I would never receive one. Call the customer service line, and they always claim the situation has been addressed, and someone will call back. UPS needs to do a thorough house cleaning at this facility. It is always the same issue every time.

I was a little frustrated that I missed the UPS man by about 15 minutes, so I came to the Customer Service Center, and they were amazing. They offered to have the driver carrying my package to bring it to the center for me or they could text him and ask if he would try to deliver it again to my home, I opted for the later and he agreed. They made everything better and best customer service that I have seen in years.

We use UPS for our payroll delivery. Due to a recent snow storm UPS was not able to make deliverys. After going to this location they were very helpful with getting us our payroll from the UPS vehicle it was on. This is the second time Ive been to this location for help. They are very courteous and helpful both times. AWESOME customer service!!!!

This center is useless. I continuously have packages routed through this center and they indicate that my address is incorrect. I send packages to my place of business on a regularly scheduled route and have had at least 5 packages get stuck/lost. The reps who call back are unhelpful at best/disrespectful at worst.
