This UPS store is the best of its kind of Buffalo. I have been going there since before the new owners bought it and they have been nothing but the best in customer service and friendly attitude. If you need a mailbox or just need help mailing stuff, come here. I can not say enough good things about them. I have been a box holder for over 6 years now.

Horrible experience. I sent a package over night for a Saturday delivery and it never got there. Called to ask what was going on...never returned my phone call had to call them back. Paid $52.00 dollars for these wonderful services and now they tell me its going to be a month till I get my money back.

The people that work here are extremely nice and helpful. I went to OfficeMax to get documents bound and was told to come back in 24 hours, so I came to this UPS store and got them done within 15 minutes. Love this place...

A tad overpriced. Wanted to charge me something like $180 to ship a desktop computer, went to the post office and it was like $35-40. Only good if you have a prepaid label and you just need a drop off point.

Great people, great service. I have had a post box here for more than 6 months. I have to go there almost every week. There has NOT been a single time when I was frustrated or disappointed.
