This is hands down the worst company in existence. A pure delivery nightmare! I wish google would allow me to post this review with 0 stars because thats what they deserve. I also wish I had more hands so I can give them 4 thumbs down. Please allow me to outline how difficult it has been to receive my 1-day amazon delivery from A1. Day 1 - attempted delivery at 2:23pm o Contacted A1 to request delivery in the evening run. Request was confirmed. Day 2 – attempted delivery at 2:39pm o Even though the evening delivery run was requested and confirmed, package was still delivered in the wrong run. o Contacted A1 again, was assured delivery would go out in evening run the next day. Day 3 – attempted delivery at 12:29pm o Once again, even though the evening delivery run was requested and confirmed, package was still delivered in the wrong run. o Contacted A1 again, was informed my package was in the evening run and not sure why there was a deliveryman at my door in the afternoon. o Later received an online notification that there was a delivery attempted at 6:10pm. I was home at this time and there was no delivery attempted. o Contacted A1 again, was informed that my package was not in the evening run even though only hours prior to this, I was told that it was in the evening run. o A1 assured me that their supervisor has stepped in and is guaranteeing that the package will be in the evening run the next day. Day 4 – no delivery attempted. o Once again, even though I was guaranteed the package would arrive, it did not. Instead of being sent in the wrong run this time, the package just never showed up and continued to say online that it will arrive by 9pm until the next day. Day 5 - finally the package is delivered in the right run but A1 still finds a way to mess it up! o Although the package was finally delivered in the right run, the tracking information continued to say the package was expected to be delivered the day prior by 9pm. Tried contacting A1 on the phone but no one was there to answer. So I was in the dark as to what to expect in terms of delivery time or they even delivered on Saturdays. It was not until 4:19pm that the tracking information was finally updated to say that the package was out for delivery. At this point it was too late and I was unable to get home in time before the delivery was attempted at 7:39pm. Day 6 - they tried to send my delivery back to amazon. Contacted A1 furiously and theyve re-routed the package to my office after arguing with the supervisor on the phone. Day 7 - no delivery arrived at my office. Day 8 is tomorrow, the saga continues. Ill probably never get this package but I really hope I do.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I called the day my package was supposed to arrive, they assured me it was on the truck and would be at my place by 9pm. The online tracking service Amazon provided changed the time of arrival to 8pm. Time kept passing after 8 and I called the shipping company again. They assured me the product would arrive by 9:30 the latest. When 9:30 hit, still no package, and the company informed me there was a mistake and my package was never picked up from the warehouse. The next day, they said my package was out for delivery when I called. The same thing happened. Time passed, it was past 9pm. I called them and they said it was definitely on the truck and out for delivery and I could call at 10 if it hadnt arrived yet. I called back at 10 and the shipping company was closed. The next day, the Amazon site updated to say that my package had arrived two days earlier at 5pm (false) and the shipping companys tracking site said my package had arrived the day before at 8pm. I was home at both of these times and no package. This time, they changed their story, stating the driver personally put the package inside my building and it must have been stolen. Again, false. I was home and nobody rang the bell to get in the front door (front door to the building is locked).

As with many other folks here, I placed an order via Amazon for next day delivery. The package went out Monday at 8am, and was somehow "delayed due to external factors." I have no idea how a courier delivery on a sunny day is delayed due to external factors unless the courier is injured or the package stolen. Needless to say, the package never arrived. Tuesday, the package was sent back out at 8am. It is now 7:28pm, and I have yet to receive my package. After calling them, they told me that Amazon failed to deliver the package to them, even though they had updated the delivery notice stating that it had left their delivery facility at 8am. They then proceeded to tell me that it takes a courier the entire day to deliver a package that was slated for delivery at 10am, but that they cannot confirm the location of my package as the "driver is not responding to his radio." Whoever these people are, theyre simply making up a story to cover for their own mistakes. I dont appreciate their bad service, nor do I appreciate being blatantly lied to by their services rep. I cant imagine how a service this poor manages to stay in business when they cant stick to their stated SLAs. If Amazon continues to use this service, I will never order next day delivery from them again.

I have to say that after reading all these reviews I was getting really skeptical about whether or not my package was going to arrive today. I ordered it last night right before midnight because of the urgency and it said it would arrive by 9pm. Then I received an update that said it would arrive by 8pm. And then just 15 minutes ago the delivery guy handed me the package. I was really happy, because after seeing a 1 star review from more than 80 percent of the reviewers I really had low expectations. Furthermore, today is Easter! So I was sure that it would not come. Needless to say, I doubted them and I really wanted to write a review not because the service was spectacular, but because they did what they said they would. I find quite often that people dont give credit when companies do what theyre supposed to, but when they dont people will go out of their way to criticize them. And I think it is heightened here because deliveries are rather sensitive cases and pisses people off (would have for me too). I will admit that if I hadnt seen these awful reviews though, I wouldnt have given the time of day to write this positive one. They pulled through for me and I hope those that have received their packages as expected should also chime in

0 Stars. Only a 1 because Im forced to leave a one-star. I am disabled and home-bound. I order from Amazon Prime very often BECAUSE I cannot lift anything upstairs. So, when A-1 says a delivery has been made and signed for by my mailbox- which is lacking in any appendages that could be used to hold a pen- and I go downstairs past the 2 security cameras and the door that must be buzzed, I am left infuriated when nothing is there. A-1 is violating their contract with Amazon. When they are unable to make the delivery deadlines, they lie, and then deliver the item at their leisure, if at all. They should be sued. And from these comments, it looks like a class-action is warranted. I pay extra for one day shipping. I am exactly 11 miles from their main NYC shipping center. So, once AGAIN, I have to call Amazon. Amazon once AGAIN has to refund me the shipping fee. And once AGAIN, A-1 is unpunished for lying, theft, and false business practices. But, this time, Amazon is helping me investigate A-1. Their shipping department is having me fill out a form and submit video of the times of the supposed delivery. In any case, if you can avoid them at any cost, do so. Lets put these liars out of business.
