USE UPS ... bad for customers and employees.. yes I use to work for a few contractors in this place. Just horrible. You read the comments above. Ive worked for 3 contractors in this building. The 1st 2 were half decent but this last contractor Darren manager of D&D Deleveries inc. how he runs his business is horrible and how he treats his drivers is awful. His money that he is making is going else where other than to the business, his trucks are not safe to drive Ive had plenty of late days waiting on someone to come and fix my truck while out working. Mind you I do not get paid by hour, we get $1 per stop, meaning if I have 5 boxes going to 1 stop I only made $1. Oh and the drivers do not get paid for loading their own trucks every morning its at least 2-3 of free labor. Hes been lying since I started working with him since January. He never gave me a new uniforms or a bonus that he said that helped me choose who I would work with. But anyway on June 8th him and his assistant let me go for asking for money that was due to me from WORK. So I let that go and I started to work a different contractor and I work 1 day and all of a sudden I come in the next morning I have been disqualified from working with Fedex because of what they told them. But god is good and he does not like ugly.

Do not use this FedEx. Do not trust FedEx customer service. Do not trust FedEx drivers. I had a package that I was suppose to sign for. I called and told FedEx to keep the package at the warehouse and I would pick it up. 1st day I go to the warehouse. They said the driver had the package. I ask again for them to keep the package at the warehouse. They assure me they would and I could pick it up the next day. The following day I leave to pick up the package and there is a FedEx slip on my door that the driver came by with the package. No knock, no ring of my doorbell. My time is important to me, more important than money. To waste someones time reinforces that you do not respect that person. This shows me that FedEx does not respect their customer. I will be filling a complaint with the BBB and get my shipping money back. Unfortunately I cant get my time back. If you like doing the FedEx delivery yourself, all the management responsibilities of a delivery company and thoroughly enjoy doing remedial tasks over and over again this FedEx is for you!!

The Manager there was kind but the Contractors you are using as delivery drivers need to be replaced. I am moving in the next few days out of the state and was expecting a package to arrive today. 2 tires, in order to drive down. The day was taken off work, which already im running low on funds to be doing. Now, he had the audacity to say that I was not home when anyone of my neighbors can tell you the entire day i have been here waiting. Needed to get these replaced today now Its not guaranteed they will show up until tomorrow end of day. Fedex is known for its customer service and delivery. Dont let these lying contractors bring your rating down. The Driver LIED you have looked so bad right now because of this. Not sure if he couldnt find the place but dont tell me that i wasnt here. If my trip is delayed and i miss my interview i believe they should be held accountable and you will be hearing from me again.

Placed an order using Raleigh address. Attempted delivery in middle of day. Left door tag so I called to have delivery made at 5:30. Was told driver could not deliver because location was 30 miles out of way but I could pick up at distribution center. In DURHAM which is 30 mikes from our house. Requested pick up at local distribution center in Raleigh and was told they could not accommodate that request. Really FEDEX? How can you not utilize a local distribution center and expect customers to go 30 mikes out of there way when the driver is already in the Raleigh area. Worst customer service Ive ever received. Shame on you!

Had 2 packages that were supposed to come to my business. 1st off they were put on a home delivery truck instead of ground and the driver said he tried delivering 2 days in a row and no one was there to sign for it when obviously the driver did not go to the right location since we had plenty of employees at the shop. Now I have lost the customer sale because of the drivers screw up and the contact number was on the package and they did not even attempt to call. Horrible customer service and will now have everything sent through UPS

Wednesday 11/25 driver gave box to a lady in a car in our culdesac! Called And they had no explanation of why he would just give it to someone who we dont know and not at our address. A replacement package delivered from Keurig on 12/2/15 at 8:51 pm and was placed in our driveway!! Called and spoke to Lachon and have had no response. I told him this driver should be fired for his irresponsible delivery procedures.

Waited home 2 days for package. Tracked every 30 minutes on day two. It went from on its way to delivery attempted. Called office and was told he came at 6:18. No he didnt come but the rain did. Where is the note thats supposed to be left on the Door? This happens constantly. Conclusion...Federal guy is a lazy bum! I will do his job and go pick it up and deliver to my self! Too bad they dont have a zero or below

Terrible service wont recommend. Stayed home all day for a package I have been waiting for. Carrier never knocked on my door or rang the door bell but placed a door tag label on my door and left. Now I have to travel 30 miles one way to go get my package. Im so pissed. Why even pay for shipping? Smh.

Package was supposed to be delivered yesterday. Driver lied and said "customer was not available". Took the day off work and waited around the entire day but they never showed up. Still waiting today and no package. Will be filing complaint with bbb. Sounds like many people have this problem.

They cant get the package on the correct truck and then the office they sent the package to is only open Tuesday through Saturday so I could not pick the package up in person. Piss poor customer service.
